1. Not reading our ToS does not excludes you from rules.

1'1. We do not take resposibility for client not reading our ToS and adopt descriptions.

2. We do not tolerate aggressive and disrespectful behaviour towards us.

3. We are always open for questions and problem solvings regarding the design purchase.

4. Do not steal or copy our adopts.

4'1. Do not remove our signatures or logo.

4'2. Do not claim our designs as your own.

5. You are buying character rights.

6. Payment via PayPal invoice in US Dollars (or via Blik/Bank Transfer in PLN in Poland) only.

6'1. We will be sending you the invoice for the payment on PayPal.

7. Do not cancel the payment on PayPal without informing us about it.

7'1. We have right to decline or cancel design purchase whatever the cause is.

7'2. We give no refunds for bought designs.

7'3. ONLY claim if you are 100% sure you will buy the designs!

8. Due to bad experiences with holds we decided to no longer accept them. First come first serve.

8. If we will not get a reply from a client about claiming within 24 hours. (1 day from our answer) We have right to put our designs back on sale.

8'1. Payment must be made within 48 hours. (2 days from claiming)

8'2. If we won't get a payment withing 48 hours. (2 days from claiming) We have right to put our designs back on sale.

8'3. If previous client resigns or does not pay in time, we will be asking other interested in claiming clients if they would like to buy the design before putting it back on sale. (in order who asked first to last)

9. If we will not get a reply from a client about claiming with payment plan within 24 hours. (1 day from our answer) We have right to put our designs back on sale.

10. We may accept payment plans. We're up for discussion about amounts and dates. (for values over 100$)

10'1. You must pay the min. 25% of the price in 48 hours for start before planning out the rest of the payments.

10'2. We will remind you about deadline of the payment plan. If we will not get a payment or an answer within 48 hours. (2 days from payment date) We have right to put our designs back on sale and refuse to refund you.

10'3. If previous client resigns or does not pay in time, we will be asking other interested in claiming clients if they would like to buy the design before putting it back on sale. (in order who asked first to last)

11. Always credit us as design creators when uploading on socials. (and base creators)

12. Unwatermarked designs can be transferred to you on ToyHou.se (if you own an account)

12'1. Unwatermarked design files can also be sent to your e-mail.

13. You are free to edit designs to match your preferences.

13'1. You are free to use designs for fursuits, comics etc.

14. Bought designs can be only sold for the same amount they have been bought for. They can be sold for more if commissions have been bought and additional art have been made to them.

14'1. Gifted designs can be only traded or gifted away. They can be sold if commissions have been bought and additional art have been made to them.
