TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL INFORMATION
❖ Upon ordering a commission, you automatically agree to the terms of service.
❖ You will only receive a digital file that does not require physical shipping of any form.
❖ Weekly updates will be provided throughout the project duration.
❖ My prices are for personal use only. Please send me a message for commercial use.
❖ Prices will vary depending on the complexity and specific requests.
❖ If you're unsure if I can do what you want or you don't have enough budget, you can always send a message, and I'll try to help you to the best of my abilities.

PAYMENT AND PROCESS
❖ I accept payment through PayPal, Payoneer, and Wise.
❖ Local (Philippines) payment Gcash or Maya.
❖ If paying by PayPal, please provide your email address so I can send an invoice. For other payment methods, I may need other details.
❖ Payment plans are available for large-scale commission. The client is required to pay a non-refundable minimum of 50% of the total commission as partial payment.
❖ Commission will only progress once I have received half/full payment.
❖ Full payment is required before I send the unwatermarked commission.
❖ Changes or revisions during the sketch stage are free. Any major changes during the line art or coloring stage that may impact the whole composition of the image may be charged a fee.
❖ Edits/Revisions after the commission has been completed is allowed but will have fees depending on the changes requested.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
❖ Commissions could get a full refund if I haven't started on it or canceled it. Please note the refund will equal the amount I received after paying the fees. (i.e., If you paid $50, and I received $45, The full refund will be $45.)
❖ Commissions in payment plans cannot get a refund of half of the payment as it is non-refundable.
❖ Completed Commissions will not get a refund.
RIGHTS AND USAGE
❖ I (the artist) have full rights over my artwork.
❖ I am allowed to post the artworks and to promote the art unless requested not to.
❖ The client cannot claim ownership, modify, or profit from the artwork.
❖ I do not allow my art to be utilized for NFTs or other crypto-currency.
❖ I do not allow my art to be used as training images for AI generators/imitators.

Details:
• This style is a no revision, no contact, pay-what-you-want, prompt-based type commission. I will draw in any pose and character you want (please be mindful of my do's and don'ts). The higher the pay, the better the art!
• Please note that this is also a very experimental type of commission, so the style might not just come out as my usual style.
