Be ready with a clear DIGITAL reference of your character. I will not accept a commission from a description alone. (unless commissioning for a custom character)

Please have a general pose/idea in mind before commissioning, unless you wanted complete artistic freedom!

A pose picture reference is greatly appreciated!

I may ask about your character's personality to get a better idea of how they are and to draw them with the appropriate expression/pose.

Please note my turnaround time may be anywhere between a few days to 3 months depending on what you ordered and my queue.

Please do not rush me or constantly ask for updates! If you need it done before a certain date please let me know beforehand.

I will not always respond back instantly, I can be either busy or mentally exhausted to take conversations at times, it's a habit I'm trying to break, I hope you can understand.

To add another character, it will cost an additional 50% extra of your commission (Example: Shaded Halfbody = $50 + $25 for additional character = $75 total)

I send WIPs (work-in-progress pictures), and will gladly make changes in the sketch stage!

Please do not expect me to make changes after I have made significant progress on the commission without asking for you to pay a fee. (unless it was specified beforehand and a mistake on my behalf)

After receiving your commission, you may post the piece anywhere (with credits to me) and use it in any way personally.

You may not sell the character for more than you paid. (Unless you have commissioned additional art of the character, in which the worth of the artwork may be added to the original selling price)

If you are selling a character I've made, please let me know who the new owner is so I can keep track!

Once you own a character design by me, you may make changes to it such as markings, hair, etc as well as make additions such as accessories or extra markings, as long as the character is still recognizable and not drastically different.

You are allowed to change the species of the design.
