Terms of Service

• Copyright & Usage

○ ==I retain copyright to every work of art I create - that means right to post it (in case of a gift for someone I can wait with posting online), use in portfolio etc. If you don't want for me to post your art online at all I may charge an additional fee (5$ per drawing to be exact) since I have to fight with algorithms and post art constantly for my views/visitors to not go down. ==○ You may use your commission for personal things - such as reposting it, using as icons, etc. as long as it's credited and linked back to me. Please do not edit the picture yourself (resizing and small adjustments are okay, but if you need any other edits, please ask me about them first).○ You may not use your commission for commercial or political purposes (including advertisement and promotion) without my knowledge. I might ask for an additional fee in such case.

• Cancellation

○ If I feel that the client is being abusive, the commission will be cancelled and refunded for any work not completed and the client may be blacklisted from any future transactions.○ If you want to cancel a commission and I already started working on it, I'll refund you a part of the payment, and keep the amount that covers what I've done so far (for example, if I started coloring it, I might take 50% of the payment).

• Fees & Work Delivery

○ If you don't have any visual references of your character (so, I'm working with description) I'll ask for additional fee. If you want me to design a character, it'll cost more as well, so we need to discuss it first.○ After I'd finish the commission, I'm going to give you two versions of the commission - with and without the watermark (both will still have my signature on them), when posting the art online, please, use the watermarked version only even if you're gonna put your own watermark on it. One of my clients posted the unwatermarked version without their own watermark and it got stolen. I'd not want for that to happen again.○ You have the right to SIX free revisions - THREE in the sketch stage and THREE in the flat-coloring stage (only color changes in this stage) after which I will charge additional $.

Work process

1. First I will require the references of the OC you want me to draw - if it's a custom I will ask for the design references like hairstyle, clothes, accessories - all the info you have so far for the custom you want.2. Then I will ask for the expression/pose you want. By filling in the order form, it will make this process much more organized, faster and easier!3. Then I will send you the sketch. After the sketch check, full payment must be made in this stage before I'll continue your commission. The sketch will be sent in a small resolution with a big watermark to avoid theft.4. After receiving the full payment, I will make changes to the sketch if necessary so if the client pointed out that something needs to be changed (after 3 revisions I will charge additional $).5. After the approval of the sketch I will proceed to lineart it, put the flat-colors and send them to you - colors may be changed at this point (after 3 revisions I will charge additional $).6. After the approval of the flat-colors I will proceed to fullcolor the commission and after this I will send it to you in smaller resolution - after the approval of the fullcolor I will send you the file in bigger resolution with and without the watermark (in case of character sheets I will send you all files - fullbodies, expressions, chibis, character sheet - separately with and without the watermark).

Extra Notes:

○ In case of ordering a full-colored version you will also get the flat-colored version of your character sheet!○ ==You can mix orders - if you're ordering a flat-colored character sheet you can order an extra fullcolored fullbody, you can order few flat-colored expressions to the fullcolored character sheet etc. ==○ Background can be changed but in this case I may charge extra if you will want something complicated.

Commission Redraw Option

My artstyle changes constantly,
I gained a lot of experience
and I've been working on commissions for few years now!If you've been my client in the past and you like my current artstyle more,
I can redraw your commish for 2/3 of the current price.So, for example,
if I drew a halfbody for you in the past I can redraw it for 33$ (normal price is 50$)You can also ask for changes
but I may charge additional $ in such case.The process of a commish redraw option is the same as for my other commissions.
