offers are taken in toyhou.se only. i promote my designs on discord but do not use it to take offers.

information pertaining to offering will always be available in the design's profile or whatever post they're being advertised in.

offers that are plainly not the type of payment i've listed will be rejected.

don't claim my artwork as being made by you.

don't edit or draw over my art under any circumstances.

don't remove the watermark.

adding effects, cropping for icons, headers and other non-invasive uses are fine; as long as the art isn't directly tampered with. (you can contact me for things like background removal)

i retain the right to use my own artwork to promote myself as an artist.

use of my artwork towards anything pertaining to cryptocurrency, NFTs and AI training is strictly forbidden.

no commercial use outside of reselling and trading allowed.

making changes to the design = OK!

don't claim the original design as being made by you.

don't convert the bought design into a closed species; and don't make an original species out of it.

changing into / creating species that are 'closed' and 'original' in the sense of personal writing or character lore is fine; as long as it isn't done for the sake of replicating the original design and commercializing it.

use of my designs towards anything pertaining to cryptocurrency, NFTs and AI training is strictly forbidden.

in the case the rule above is disrespected, the rights to the design in question will be revoked and it'll be put back up for offers.

turnout time will vary depending on the type and complexity of the artwork. there'll be an estimate available on the progress tracker given to the client.

commissions are taken in a queue list, and thus started in the order they were received. the last order in a batch will inevitably take longer as i'll be busy with the others that came first.

the client will receive a full res file as well as a lower res version.
