Terms of service
By commissioning me and sending any amount of money you agree to my terms of service! Please read them carefully.
If you have any questions fell free to contact me.
Geral:
• Must be at least 15 to commission me, 18 to commission anything NSFW
• Any artwork you commission from me is for your personal use only! Making any financial profit out of it is not allowed!
• I have the right to not accept or cancel your commission for any reason.
• By violating my TOS you might end up blacklisted.• You or any other artist cannot alter/edit/draw over my finished work, if you want any edits feel free to contact me first.
Payment:
• Payment is via PayPal or Wise (or bank transfer, this option is only available for people from Czech Republic)
• Payment is done beforehand in full or for 50% and 50% after sketch is finished (this metod is not avalible for sktech or colored sketch commissions). Payment plans can be discussed.
• Do not send payments before agreeing on your commission
Refunds:
• No refunds once art is started
• If I'm unable to do or finish your commission, you'll receive full refund
• If you violate my TOS during the commissioning I have the right to cancel your commission without giving you any refund
Wait time and WIPs:
• Wait time may vary - usual wait time for digital art is about two months max and for traditional art three months max
• I don´t work with deadlines, you can try to ask to have it finished before a set date but with no guarantee of it being finished• You´ll always receive at least a photo of finised sketch (needs to be approved before I continue on your commission).
• I send more WIP photos depending on what is commissioned and what needs to be approved before continuing on your commission.• Please check WIP photos carefully and point out any mistakes if you see them. If you don´t I might not offer large edits if commission is already finished.• I send updates when I have them, please don´t spam me with "Any update?" messages every day. I have a Trello that is always updates.
Shipping (badges only):
• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of their items
• Once the package is shipped out and out of my hands I have no responsibility or control over it - If there are any problems with the delivery of your parcel, contact postal carriers the package is being delivered with
