Terms of Service

1) I deserve the right to refuse service.
If you the client violate any of the terms of service or come to demand of me in a manner I deem disrespectful or threatening, you wave your eligibility to my services. I can also deny a commission or cancel it. If a commission has been canceled by either the client or myself, I will refund the client the amount of money that has been agreed upon and/or already paid for established through a discussed payment plan.2) I am willing to draw the following:
monsters/creatures, animals, humans, anthropomorphic characters, characters from shows, games, books, and other media; original and fandom OCs, complex poses, complex clothing, multiple characters, icons and avatars, talksprites, chibi, gore, body horror, ship art, NSFW, and backgrounds. Please send references of your character if possible, and be as specific as you can when describing your request.3) I will not draw any of the following:
certain fetish art* (client and I can discuss specifics), pedophilia/child pornography, vomit, bodily functions, and gun violence.
3.a *tickling, feet, vore, gender or sex detransitioning, pregnancy, vomit and other bodily functions will always be denied
3.b In the event that I host an art stream on Twitch.tv or Picarto, I will not stream NSFW commissions.4) Client Permissions
I do not give the client any of the following permissions:
>My art to be used to train AI.
>Tracing of my artwork or republishing it without credit that links back to me.
>Re-sale without my consent.
>Associating my work, in any way, with the transaction, use, purchase, or sale of NFTs and Bitcoin.
>Commercial use.
>Using my work for hate crimes and violence, discrimination, harassment, or harm to any major or minor group, individual, or association.I do give the client the following permissions:
>Projects that fall under creative commons, and complies with the above regulations in the previous section.
>Use of my art as a reference for themselves or other artists
>Non-commercial use.The client can contact me if there are any other questions or concerns regarding the use of my artwork.4) Communication
Communication is available through e-mail, Discord, or the instant messaging features of any social medias the client can contact me through.All stages of the commission will be openly discussed and shared; I will send you the image of a completed sketch. Once the sketch is approved, I will work on the line-art and send you an image of that update. Once that is approved, I will move onto coloring and shading until approved. The client is allowed to ask for a work-in-progress photo update at any stage of the commission. All in-progress images will be shown with my watermark to avoid art theft. The completed commission will only have my signature. DO NOT REMOVE, STRIKE, HIDE, OR CROP OUT MY SIGNATURE OR WATERMARKS.If I do not hear from the client for up to a month after giving an update on their commission, I will consider the commission canceled and no refunds will be given.5) Any artwork I make is my property and I am allowed to post it to my socials as promotion and portfolio work.6)Streaming Permissions
I sometimes stream my art process on the streaming platform Twitch.tv or Picarto. The client can request for their commission not to be streamed on either of these services. If the client has not voiced their permission or opposition, I will consider this as permission to stream their commission's art process unless told by the client otherwise.
