Terms Of Service
By ordering a commission, custom design or buying an adoptable you show that you have read my TOS and agreed with it.
- Any art by commission shall only be used for personal use.
- You shall not use my art for any sort of commercial use.
- You shall not use any of my work for NFTs.
- You retain all rights to your character an ideas, however, I retain all rights to the artwork created. You shall be credited as the IP holder
- If you wish to post my artwork in your social media, you shall credit me as the artist and provide a social media link, please
- You can do prints of my artwork but ONLY for personal use and personal use ONLY
- I do not do refunds, digital art isn't really an object that I can simply take back and resell.
Payment & Process
- I do payments via PayPal.
- I take payments before starting the piece for security measures.
- I use PayPal invoices.
- I will let you know when its your turn on the queue. Check Trelo for details
- Time period from start to finish can variate depending on how much time i have available, I'm a college student.
