▸ Remember that my main language is Spanish and my English is basic.

▸ The prices shown in "general commissions" are for personal use only.

Ordening

▸ Provide good quality visual references.
▸ I only work with digital references, don't send me real photos.
▸ 3D models are ok but the final work may not be quite accurate as the others.
▸ You can write as much as you want in the form, it'll help me to have a clear idea of what I must draw.
▸ I’ll send you sketches to confirm if you are satisfied with the pose/ expressions/ etc to get started with lines and colors.

Delivery

▸ Delivery depends on my mood, but it won't take more than two months. If the commission has to be done for a certain day, please tell with time and we can discuss it.
▸The final format and the one you receive will be ".png"
▸The drawing will be uploaded (along with its other versions, if any) to "sta.sh". If you want me to send it by email, feel free to request it.
▸Please remember that commission slots are NOT first come first serve!

Payment

▸ I accept: USD (PayPal and Ko-fi), deviant Art points and CLP.
▸ I don't accept payment through any other mean.
▸ Payment must be done within 48 hours. Failure will result in your commission being cancelled.
▸ I don't begin working until I receive full payment
▸ I don't do refunds.

Reference/s: requested to have the minimum commission extension and base color.

Commercial Use

Commercial use means that the illustration WILL generate you some kind of profit, whether it is monetary, in the shape of merchandise, or to promote yourself, an online shop, game assets, etc.✦ WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE?▸ Level 1: When the artwork is NOT the bulk of the product.
Examples; promotional material, CD cover, game assets, business cards, etc.
In this case, the "general commissions" prices are multiplied x2▸ Level 2: When the artwork IS the bulk of the product and you're reproducing or selling it.
Examples; body pillow, postcard, prints, merchandise, etc.
In this case, the "general commissions" prices are multiplied x3|| ! || "Social Media" is the exception, the prices there are directly of commercial use.

TERMS OF SERVICE

General

▸ Do not claim the design as yours!
▸ Do not use the design as a prize for raffles or contests.
▸ Small design change don't need to ask me.
▸ You have every right to choose their gender, sex, etc.

Delivery

▸ You will receive un-watermarked file of the adoptable (.PNG) after payment received.
▸If I have an account at ToyHou.se, I can transfer the character through the page.

Ownership

▸ Resell, gift or trade: OK!
▸ You can resell but not for more than you paid for it unless you commissioned extra art of it.
