• By purchasing my art, you are purchasing and agreeing to a partial/limited license and will only be allowed to use what you’ve purchased for personal use only unless further discussed/agreed upon
• I DO NOT support blockchain / NFTs / crytocurrency/ etc. You cannot use my art,
commission, adopts or otherwise for blockchain / NFTs / crytocurrency or any related uses.
• Reproduction of my artwork to any capacity is forbidden.
• I will not sell to anyone who is under the age of 18. If this information is with held, and I find out after a sale, I will permanently blacklist the buyer from future sales as it is a breach of trust.

• Any and all free art/fan art from me (art made of my voluntary will) is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial use (selling merch, etc) unless compensation had been discussed
PAYMENT
• I only accept upfront payment in USD through Paypal
• We will discuss the details of the commission. Once everything is in order, I will ask for your Paypal email and once finished, I will send you an invoice.
• Once money is received, I will start on the commission/send you the files to the adopt.
Commissions
• I reserve the right to use any artwork produce as I please.• I reserve the right to decline a commission.• Commissions are for personal use only.
> You may NOT use the pieces for commercial use unless we agree upon special terms. I am willing to discuss this further privately if you are interested.
> You may print for your personal use, but you may NOT sell/distribute prints for personal profit/gain.
> Please do not repost, reproduce, nor claim commissioned works as your own.
> You are allowed to use them for profile pictures, banners, etc. with appropriate credit.• I may take anywhere up to two weeks to finish commissions.
> I will notify you ahead of time if it takes longer as I do have a day job.
> Work in progress will not be provided unless requested or check-ins at my whim.• I will deliver the full image resolution to you privately (usually) through email.
> I will not remove my watermark under any circumstances.• NO REFUNDS.[ Things will be added to this accordingly and at any point in time. ]

Examples of what is usually categorized as complex designs are:
- Intricate or copious amounts of jewelry
- Detailed embroidery on clothing
- Intricate Detailed Tattoos
- Add-ons (such as versions with and without an accessory/item); this is due to it being time consuming when it comes to post-edits

Adoptables
• I reserve the right to decline claims/offers.• If you have a Toyhou.se account, please credit me there! My account name is NanoColors. No underscore.• You cannot resell the character. If you decide to gift it to someone/retrade it however, please send me DM who you are gifting the character to (only if you do not have a Toyhou.se)• Please credit me for the first time you draw them, and/or use them for a RP group app. I excited wanna see what you do with them! There is no need to tag there after.• CANNOT BE USED AS NFT (Non-fungible token) or voucher.• NO REFUNDS.YOU CAN:
• Change little details/tweak the design. In terms of colors, you can slightly tweak the shade.
• Change up their outfits/style!
• Decide their details: name, backstory, personality, etc.
• Use them for your stories and enter them in groups!
• Gift/Trade the design (please DM me ahead of time).YOU CANNOT:
• Use the design/adopt art for commercial purposes.
• Change the main color palette: skin, hair, eyes.
• Change the base design to the point where you cannot recognize it from the original design.
• RESELL THE DESIGN FOR MONETARY VALUE.
• Transfer clothing of an adopt (of my design) to another design (of any kind, whether its mine or someone else's).
• Claim as a design you created.
