my art shall not be traced, stolen, copied, or referenced under any circumstances.

I reserve the right to decline any commission and/or refuse to work with any individuals.

I strictly only take paypal and usd payments. paypal fees are included in the price.

invoices will be sent out to customers and must be paid within 48 hours of recieving the invoice.

I only accept clear, digital reference sheets.

when doing any sort of business with me do not offer me things you do not currently possess. this includes characters for commissions, character payments/trades or any other type of business.

If you plan to do a 3-way trade with me at any point, you must state such and who the character in question will go to.

Being a middle-man for blacklisted users is strictly prohibited. Blacklisted users are prohibited from engaging in any transaction that involves me. As a consequence, they are not permitted to directly acquire artwork, designs, or characters from me, nor can they utilize a middle-man for such purposes. Failing to abide by this will result in you being blacklisted too. (ie. doing business for a blacklisted user in order for them to obtain a character off of me)

You may not force or add your own rules on any of my designs. When trading/selling a design of mine, the buyer is only obliged to follow this tos.

Overpricing of my designs is strictly prohibited. Buyer must be aware of the design's value.

If a character has been received in a trade or bought for less than original value, it does not automatically gain its original value. (ie. buying a design for 30$ when it was worth $100, it's NEW value is now $30.) Any added artwork after purchase is to be added to the NEW value.

A design may also NOT be inflated in value due to trade differentials. If you have traded a character of higher value for one of my designs, the value of my design does not automatically increase to that of the traded character.

Any design of mine acquired as a gift or free MAY NOT be sold for monetary currency. Any other forms of transaction must be discussed with me. Free characters are not to be profited off of under any circumstances, and will be completely void of any previous value if gifted/re-gifted. Trading may only be discussed if the character has obtained art either purchased or created by you. Art MUST be uploaded to toyhouse before discussing terms. Otherwise it is still completely void of any value. If rehoming has been granted, the new owner is to abide by the same rules. Failing to abide by these rules will result in a blacklist.

Additionally, any design of mine acquired as a gift or free FROM ME DIRECTLY are only due back to me, unless other terms have been discussed. If any additional art has been added, you will be compensated for your labour/money.

My designs may not be used in depictions of racism, homophobia, sexism, transphobia or any other sorts of harmful imagery.

Selling or trading designs of mine to someone on the blacklist is strictly prohibited, and will result in you being blacklisted as well. No exceptions.

I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless i'm personally unable to finish your order. This means the only means of receiving a refund is if i see myself unfit to do the job. By commissioning me you agree to understand that i am a full-time student and am therefore very busy with school at times. Wait times are bound to happen. In the mean time you may ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire.

You may also NOT demand a refund or a new product after I have finished your commission. If you are unhappy with the finished result, I am willing to offer edits. I am more than happy to correct any mistakes that I have made, but a new product will NOT be given.

all digital character purchases are non-refundable.

Chargebacks will result in a permanent blacklist.
