Terms of Service
General
✦ By commissioning me you agree with my terms listed bellow, please read them and proceed after you have finished if there is no issue.
✦ Underage clients are forbidden from purchasing my NSFW illustration services.
Payment
✦ I accept both full payment or 50% of the payment before sketch and the other 50% after having the sketch approved.
✦ I start working on the commission after the first or full payment has been done.
Revisions
✦Only one mayor change can be made to the sketch, lineart or base colors. After that, more changes have an extra cost.
✦ Minimal details/changes are for free.
✦ If you wish to do any major change to illustration after being finished, there will be an extra fee of 50% of the original price.
Deadlines and delivery
✦ My TAT goes between 3 weeks to a month.
✦ Please set a deadline if you require me to finish before an specific date.
✦ Final delivery will be made through Discord and/or email depending on the client's preference.
Use
✦ I have the right to post wips/the finished work and include it in my portfolio. Please set it as private in case you don't want me to post it or use it.
✦ The illustration may be used for personal and non-profit purposes only (commercial use is 300% from the original price).
✦ Please give me credits for my work.
✦ You cannot remove the watermark of the finished work.
Intellectual property rights
✦ Tracing, plagiarism or unauthorized commercial use of my artwork is forbidden.
✦ You are NOT allowed to use my art to make AI generated illustrations, nor use it or reproduce it as an NFT.
Refunds
✦ No refunds are made after the sketch has been approved.
✦ I am in the right to reject/cancel your commission (with a reasonable motive), and a refund will be made afterwards.
✦ If I do not send at least a sketch after two weeks have passed since I accepted the commission, the client has the right to request a refund. (This is not appliable for the "Surprise me!" option.)
✦ If I do not send the finished version on time for the "Surprise me!" option, the client has the right to request a refund.
Communication
✦ Communication will be via Twitter or Discord.
