Terms of Service
Payment & Order
- Payment via Paypal or Ko-fi only.
- Payment must be sent after confirming the sketches, you have 24h to pay.
- Payment plans over $300 can be discussed with a down payment of over 30% of the payment. Payment plans should be completed within a month.
- If paying through a third party, please inform me beforehand.
- I may take up to 3 months to finish your order, please be patient.
- I have the rights to decline your order if I feel like I can't do your characters.
- The maximum number of times you can ask for changes in the artwork is 3, please think through and compile every details you would like to change. For more chances to fix, there will be additional fees.
- It is encouraged to ask for any changes in the artwork in the sketching and coloring phases, changes in the finishing stage will rarely be made unless details are wrong because of me
- I will not refund you once the piece if finished and delivered.
- Refund can be discussed if the finish piece has not been sent, however, I will not give you full refund if I have worked on it.Copyright & Usage Policy
- I do not wish for my works to used or associated with NFTs or any other crypto currency and I do not support them either.
- I have the rights to use the artworks as examples for my commissions.
- I normally share my commissioned artworks on multiple platforms/media, if you wish for your commissions not to be posted anywhere, please tell me beforehand.
- The commissioners can only use the artworks for personal use, for commercial use, a fee up of 200% of the artwork's original price will have to be payed.
- Commercial uses includes:
+ printing/distributing in bulk and make profit out of it
+ using for commercial, promoting yourself with itAdopts & Designs TOS
- Do not delete your bid/claim/ offer comments once you've posted them.
- If chargeback after delivery is made, I'll put the design up for sale again and you'll be blacklisted.
- All designs are for personal use only, if you wish to use it for commercial, please contact me.
- You are allowed to redesign/edit up to 60% of the original design but please link me as the creator and ask first before doing so.
- You may sell, trade, gift and voucher but do not resell/voucher higher than the original sale value unless the design has additional commissioned arts.
- You do not have to notify me for ownership changes but it is much appreciated.
- If the design belongs to a species, please also follow the species' rules for selling, trading, gifting, vouchering, redesigning, voiding and other general TOS of the species.
