Commissioned illustrations are for personal use ONLY unless stated otherwise. Any use of my artwork were you sell and/or receive profit from a platform where you have posted myartwork is considered non-personal, commercial use (eg. merchandise, PNG-tubers, content thumbnails, stream assets, etc.) Email me to discuss commercial prices.

You may post my artwork on external sites with visible credits to me (@Nineraeix).

You are not allowed to claim my artwork as your own under any circumstances.

You and anyone else are not authorized to change, modify, edit, or remove my signature from my works without my permission.

This includes minting any of my artwork in a NFT (Non Fungible Token) or feeding my work to AI-related enterprises.

I retain all rights to my artwork unless otherwise agreed upon and I may use the artwork in my portfolio or for self-promotion.

Let me know beforehand if you do not want me to post any details about your commission. However, I still retain copyright of the image and may use it for portfolio purposes.

You will recieve digital PNG files, nothing is intended to be physically shipped.

Commissions are not first come, first serve.

The timeline for a completed commission is between 2 weeks and 3 months. Generally sketches will be completed faster and detailed/complex artworks will take longer, but please keep in mind that I am a full time student with other priorities besides art.

You reserve the right to be notified of any delays and may request updates anytime during the process.

All prices are in base prices in USD and made through Cashapp unless stated otherwise.

Completed commissions are not refundable. Full refunds can be issued if I have not started on the commission or if I'm unable to complete the commission due to any personal reasons. If the sketch is complete, partial refunds may be available.

The upfront payment will be 50% of the total price, and the rest will be paid after the sketch has been finalised. I will not start on your commission until I receive payment.

Please be sure to provide feedback throughout the process to avoid disappointment.

To request a commission, fill out the Google form that is made available for your commission request. If I accept your commission, I will contact you through your preferred contact method to discuss other matters like details and a price quote.

Please provide clear and accurate visual references. Be as detailed as you can in your requests. Pose references and inspiration photos are appreciated if you have specific ideas. I cannot be held responsible for not including anything you did not specifically request, and you will have limited chances to request edits without extra fees.

If your character is extremely detailed/includes additional props, I will request an upcharge. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (eg. change the character, agree to simplified design changes) before the transaction is complete.

During the sketch process, list all the revisions you want me to make. Please be clear about it and do not be afraid of speaking up! During this stage you will not have to pay for any major changes. The maximum amount of major revisions allowed differs depending on the commission type. Major changes after this point will induce extra fees unless due to miscommunication on my part, or me missing something that was explicitly stated.

You will get recieve another draft during the coloring stage to ensure the colors are accurate.

After completion of the artwork, you are entitled to request minor changes (within reasonable limits).

(Major changes: pose, character, outfit, background changes etc.)

(Minor changes: expression, color, detail changes etc.)

Upon completetion, I will send the final image(s) through email or Google Drive. Please save your commission!! I cannot be held liable for loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, or any other technical issues outside my responsibility.

My designs are for personal use unless stated otherwise.

You are not allowed to claim my artwork or original designs as your own under any circumstances.

You may not resell my designs for more than their original price without any additional arts/works/etc. (especially if they were raffle prizes/freebies).

Do not get a freebie just to add art and sell them, my designs are not currency. I do not keep strict track of the resale of my designs, but please be respectful.

Feel free to redesign my designs however you please.

You may turn my designs into CS/OS.
