I mostly practice art as a hobby, but I rely on freelance commission work for an income as well.

◈ I offer two rendering styles, cel-shading and soft rendering. You may choose whichever you prefer if you wish. Neither will affect the price of the final piece.
All prices are per character.
A fee of 10% or more will be charged for added pets and weapons.
Full scene illustrations will have their background fees determined (by percentage) based on customer's requests.

VFX (special effects) will cost a fee if they add to the complexity of the chibi. Simple ones will be free of charge.

You will receive a full turnaround reference of your custom outfit.
Every custom comes with an available slot for a full body commission if desired. The full body will be charged separately and not part of the custom outfit's cost.

My Terms of Service and prices are subject to change.
You must be 18+ to use my services. You won't be required to provide identification and will do with a written confirmation. However, if it is revealed later that you have lied about your age during or after a transaction between us, you will be blacklisted.
Wait time will range between a minimum of one week to a maximum of 6 months in order to align with PayPal's refund window of 180 days. If I fail to deliver within the maximum wait period, you will have the choice to decide whether to be refunded accordingly or are comfortable with a longer wait time outside of PayPal's refund window. Regardless, I will prioritize personal life and health if and when I find necessary, so please do keep this in mind before placing an order.
I have the right to decline or cancel commission requests for reasons including, but not limited to: rude behaviour, subjects i find uncomfortable, inability to finish the work (either for health or personal reasons), communication difficulties (language barriers or otherwise).
I have the right to publish my artworks on my social pages, as well as my Patreon.
All commissioned art and designs are licensed for personal, non-profit/non-commercial use only. However, you may resell, trade, or gift custom designs and adoptables.
You DO NOT have the right to mint/sell your commissions for NFT unless you paid for a commercial license.
My prices are not negotiable, and commissions will not be discounted unless a discount is offered by me.
Credits must be given wherever my work is being shared. I retain all rights for my works.
Except for custom outfit designs, I do not work off descriptions only, you must provide me with clear, full reference art or images for the commissioned subject(s).
PROCESS & DELIVERY
WIP (work in progress) previews of each stage will be sent for revisions and approval.
All revisions and edits in the sketch stage are done free of charge. However, If a client abuses this and subject me to excessive work it will be called out and additional fees will be charged moving forward. Revisions in the lineart stage and beyond are liable to additional fees unless it's for fixing mistakes from my part, .
Aside from mandatory review and revision updates, you can request weekly updates or no additional updates. I will not do daily updates.
Original PNG files and watermarked versions will be delivered in google drive links via email or DMs. I do not offer PSD files of works licensed for personal use.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
I only accept PayPal (USD) for payments. You will be sent a detailed invoice for documentation purposes.
You may chose to pay full upfront, 50% upfront and the rest after sketch approval, or request a payment plan for payments of $100 minimum. In any case, i will only start the work after I receive at least 50% of the payment.
In the case of a cancelation request in the middle of the work process, I will keep a 25% cut of the cost if a sketch was finished, or a 50% cut if the lineart or coloring was in process. Full refunds can only be issued if no work has been started, or if i instigate the cancelation myself regardless if any work was started. Absolutely no refunds for delivered commissions.
