>> Please read these terms of service fully before you consider commissioning me! <<

General Guidelines

By commissioning me, you have read and fully agree to my terms of service.I will reject any request that I feel uncomfortable drawing without any further contact. There's also a chance I reject what you pitched even if it is not listed in my 'don'ts' list. I will usually be clear as to why but I may also choose to abstain from anything further than a simple rejection. If a client is rushing me or rude in any manner, I have the right to decline their request entirely and give out a full or partial refund depending on completion of work. Please have a reference picture(s) ready for your commission. I usually cannot work with a written description but I am open to them nonetheless. Then again if I deem it too difficult to utilize for the piece I have the right to turn down the commission on these grounds alone.I will not draw anything related to Hate Speech, (what I deem) Disturbing Imagery, Fetish, or hateful depictions of real people. For more context I have a 'Do's & Don'ts section on this site that you should refer to! You may ask if you are unsure your commission breaks any of these guidelines.Clients may re-upload their artwork, but must credit me! (Ex: Reposting with my @’s: [Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Facebook] either on the initial post or in the comments section.) Same goes for artwork of adoptables. You are not obligated to credit me everywhere for the design but if asked about it, I would appreciate the credit.Clients will, depending on the commission type, receive a clean sketch (or W.I.P.) of their art piece before I go into the final phase of cleaning, coloring, and rendering. This is considered the half-way point of the commission. It is HIGHLY encouraged that you ask for any edits at this point, as it will be much easier to fix during this time. Any edits asked for beyond this point will likely be denied unless it's isn't something small that doesn't require me to put in more work than necessary. During the sketch phase you have unlimited edits but please try to keep it concise to keep any back and forth minimum so that the process may be handled in a time-efficient manner.I do not show W.I.P.’s for Sketches unless asked to!Any work started after the sketch is continued because of your approval. If you are not satisfied with the final piece and request any major editing, depending on if I accept to do so, there will be an upcharge in price based on a case by case basis. Or the current piece will be considered as the finished product and will not be changed due to the fact you were already given a chance for edits.Payment is ALWAYS made upfront and if you do not reply to said request of payment within 24 hours, without prior notice that you will be late, your slot will be forfeited. Payment plans are available on commissions $150 or higher but there must be a 50% down payment that, in some cases, may not be refundable. In which case I will be letting you know if that is or isn't the case. If you wish to receive a quote on a specific commission pitch you have in mind, feel free to message me on any of my linked social media platforms and I will do so at any time regardless of if you decide to commission me or not but please be clear if you will or will not be as I work using slots and I need to know if I will be adding you to the queue or not. If you are unsure as to why a commission is priced the way it is, you are free to ask for specifics as well and I am happy to run you through the process and why I priced your specific commission as such. Please be ready to provide a clear and thorough description of any extra accessories or clothing for your commission to avoid any major edits later down the line, it saves time for both sides and money for you.Any work done or made available to the client must NEVER be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence), Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action being taken. Payments that are canceled without notice and agreement to doing so or nefarious attempts at scamming and chargebacks can also result in a similar outcome. In all cases you can and will be blacklisted from further commissions from me and blocked from any further contact.

Payment Method

I only accept money via PayPal or Cashapp. If you do not have a either of these then there will be no way for me to accept payment and I will be unable to provide my services.Initial payments are to be paid in full upon commissioning. I am also open to accepting just the first half upon starting the commission, however, you will only receive the clean sketch of your commission. Full payment will be required required to continue the commission after the sketch. This option is currently ONLY available to returning clients or clients that can verify through other means that they have purchased and fulfilled commission payments before. And no I will not accept anything less than half of your total payment beforehand.Your commission will be accepted and put into a queue log after full/half payment and if you meet the criteria above. You may ask for my current queue list privately.Tips are always extremely appreciated but not necessary! Big tips can sometimes earn extra doodles/sketches from me but not ALWAYS so please do not tip purely because you ae expecting this.Lastly I prefer to send invoices but I will sometimes just redirect you to pay me directly if you are a trustworthy client! Please NEVER pay me before I direct you to do so, that usually makes me very uncomfortable.

Refunds/Deadlines

If the client requests a refund before the sketch begins or before much is done at all, they will be allowed full refund however to do so would be a waste of my time and this could result in a warning or being put on a blacklist entirely. If I am in the middle of the sketch or have finished said sketch and the client requests a refund, I will keep 50% of your current amount paid. Anything past the sketch portion will not be refunded, unless decided otherwise by me.Commissions may take up to a month from payment date or more depending on the workload of my queue, the type of commission, life activities, or more. I am always communicative if there are delays and will always let you know once your commission is being currently worked on but you are free to message me on my current status if you are unsure. But I ask that you do not constantly ask for updates as this is stressful so once every roughly two weeks is more than enough! If you have a specified due date (Birthday, Holiday, etc.), you must let me know before payment. Stricter and harsher deadlines could be subject to an extra fee as this usually requires me to bump your commission ahead in queue. that being said, you can also simply ask for priority in queue by paying the extra fee that will differ based on the length of my current queue as well as the preferred deadline.

Usage of Art

I reserve the rights to all artwork made to:
Promote myself for advertising purposes.
Display on any form of social media I am on, unless agreed otherwise.
Use as examples to others, with a large watermark attached.
Unless you ask beforehand and pay an extra decided upon fee, you CANNOT use for commercial purpose, meaning you cannot make a profit off this piece or adoptable for any reason. This is for personal use ONLY unless discussed and agreed upon by the client and myself before initial payment. The commissioner reserves the right to:
Claim rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.
Share/Repost their artwork any place they see fit with proper credit to myself or my socials.
Request that their art piece not be displayed on any of my social media platforms.
You must request this either before or when you receive the artwork for this rule to come into effect.

Thank you so much for reading through my T.O.S. in full and I look forward to working with you in the near future!
