Terms of Service
General Rules
• All commissions are for personal use only.
• I do not allow my work to be used for NFTs nor for training AI.
• I retain all rights to every commission. I may post them to my social media, use them in portfolios, etc.
• Feel free to post your own commission to your social media.
• Picture references are required for OCs. I will not accept a written description.
• Please note that some details may be simplified/omitted, especially if the character has a complex design. Complex designs that are difficult to simplify and character details such as wings or beastly body parts will be charged with an add-on fee (minimum +$10).
• Additional accessories (e.g. parasols, weapons, etc.) will also be charged with an add-on fee.

Payment/Refunds & Process
• Commissions are NOT first come, first served. I may reject any request for any reason.
• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after final artwork is finished and ready to be submitted.
• The full payment should be sent before I send the full HD copy to your email.
• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and sent you a Paypal Invoice.
• Payments are made through PayPal invoice (USD). I will not issue refunds unless I cancel a commission myself.
• Payment details (such as account numbers and links) will be sent through email or through private message.
• I will only send out acceptance messages. Waitlist spots will be offered on a per-opening basis.
• Commissions are usually done one at a time and I work slowly, so it could take me 1-2 weeks for the first commission and approx. up to 2 months for everyone to receive their commission (depends on work-load and IRL matters).
• I will NOT accept rush commissions.
• Minor revisions can be made three times upon receiving a completed commission.
