✦ TERMS OF SERVICE: DESIGNS ✦

By purchasing or owning any of my designs you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Make sure to read this thoroughly.
✧ 1. DESIGNS
1.1- Reselling, trading and gifting my designs is allowed.
⊳ You are allowed to resell the design only for the purchased value and the value of any additional art pieces it has at the time of resale.
⊳ Commissions, art trades and personal artwork drawn by yourself can be accounted for the design's worth.
⊳ Free art, such as gifts, raffle prizes, requests, etc. does not count towards the design's worth.
⊳ Designs obtained via trade and gifting can only be resold at the price equal to any additional art pieces obtained after being traded/gifted.
1.2- You must credit me as the creator of the design.
1.3- Redesigning is allowed, as long as the design is still recognizable and the original artwork is kept somewhere. However, you still have to credit me as the original creator of said design.
1.4- You are not allowed to use my designs for any crypto-related productions like Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or AI training. This is strictly prohibited.
1.5- Do not resell/trade/gift any of my designs to blacklisted users. Doing so will get you blacklisted as well, and the design(s) in question will be revoked.
✧ 2. PAYMENT
2.1- All payments are upfront, USD through Paypal invoice only. Please note that refunds will not be available after payment has been received.
⊳ Forced chargebacks will get you permanently blacklisted and banned from owning my designs. The design(s) you obtained from me will be revoked as well.
2.2- Payments must be done within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
2.3- If I don't hear back from you after 24 hours of contacting you, the design will be put back for sale.
2.4- Holds are available, they can be for up to two weeks.
2.5- After payment has been received, the unwatermarked, full resolution file of your design will be sent to your email, and you will also receive an additional download link to said file. Please keep it somewhere safe and private, as this is your proof of ownership.
⊳ I can also transfer the design to your Toyhouse account if you have one.
If you are found breaking any of these terms, you will be contacted to resolve the issue.
Further violation of these terms will get you blacklisted and banned from owning my designs.

By purchasing my art services you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Make sure to read this thoroughly.
✧ 1. GENERAL
1.1- Due to the current situation in my country, I do not have a specific turn-around time. You will be given updates when possible, and any major delays will be notified.
⊳ Please note that due to this, I do not work with deadlines.
1.2- Your art piece is a digital PNG file and therefore does not include shipping.
1.3- I do not accept "description only" commissions. You must have at least one clear visual reference of your character(s).
✧ 2. PAYMENT
2.1- All payments are upfront, USD through Paypal invoice only.
2.2- Payments must be done within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
2.3- Once the payment is received and I start working on your commission, I cannot refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission.
2.4- Once the work is completed I cannot refund it. You paid for the labor and time spent on the request.
✧ 3. ARTIST
3.1- By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, and I am allowed to use the commissioned piece as a sample for sales/self-promotion or post it on my websites.
⊳ I will, however, respect your request to not publicly post your commission. Feel free to let me know.
3.2- I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects unless agreed upon.
3.3- I reserve the right to reject any commission request without question.
3.4- I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" commissions.
✧ 4. COMMISSIONER
4.1- You retain the rights to the IP.
4.2- Commissioned pieces are for personal use only. This includes icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, etc.
4.3- You may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial.
4.4- You may resell the image in cases where you want to sell your IP to someone else along with it.
4.5- You are not allowed to use your commissioned piece for any crypto-related productions like Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or AI training. This is strictly prohibited.
✧ 5. PROCEDURE
5.1- After payment has been received, I start sketching your commission. I will send the sketch for you to approve or request any changes for free.
⊳ Major changes requested after the sketch phase is over will be charged for. Fee will depend on the complexity of said change. You may still ask for minor changes without any extra charges.
⊳ Please be clear and concise in your description of the change. You can use photos you like as references for the changes.
5.2- After the commissioned piece has been finished, the full resolution file of your commission will be sent to your email, and you will also receive an additional download link to said file.
Violation of these terms will get you blacklisted and banned from any future sales.
