When buying a commission from me, whether it be a drawing or custom character, you're therefore buying my work and labour. I still have the copyrights to the art I make you, meaning I may repost it to other websites, use them as examples, or use them to show off my artistic ability. This DOES NOT mean I own the characters portrayed in the works, only the art itself. I will NOT resell completed commissions.Art Usage:
Any form for referencing, tracing, or redistribution of my work is prohibited.
My art can be re-posted in your stash, toyhouse, or other character storage site but FULL CREDIT must be given.
My art may be posted on personal accounts like your DeviantArt, Tumblr, Facebook, or other social media, but credit is, once again, required.
You're free to crop my art and edit it for personal usage. (I.E fursuit badges, banners, icons, etc. Note that this applies to the commissioner only and nobody else.)Payment and Refunds:
I primarily accept PayPal or Cashapp for payment. Payment is typically required upfront, and I will not begin working until the commission is paid in full.
Refunds are unavailable unless I cannot complete your commission. In the event I wish to refund you, I will reach out to you personally and offer you a refund.
If after 6 months your commission is not completed you’re entitled to a refund. Please note that if the commission was partially completed only receive a partial refund.
I will not refund you if you don't like the art you received. I will however make minor edits such as markings/coluring if something is wrong or missing!References:
Please provide a clear reference of your character when submitting your form. I will not accept poor references ( traditional art, shaded art, obstructed art, etc.) as this makes drawing / coloring your character difficult.
