Terms of Service
Commissions

By purchasing my art commissions you're agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please make sure to read everything.If you have any questions feel free to ask me!

General

✦ Depending on your place in my queue and my personal schedule, commissions might take me from three weeks up to two months to complete. If the turn-around time stretches for any reason, you'll be notified.
✦ I do not accept "description only" commissions. You must have at least one clear visual reference of your character(s).
✧ For custom designs I prefer to work with a visual reference such as moodboard, palette color and of course a description of what are you looking for.
✦ We can agree on a deadline if I am certain I can finish it on time, but it might cost you an additional fee.
✦ Your art piece is a digital PNG file and therefore does not include shipping.
✦ I won't accept commissions request from empty and/or new accounts. Your account must be at least 6 months old in order to commission me

Payment & Rights

  • Payment are upfront, USD through a PayPal invoice.

  • Ghosting me on payments can lead to blacklisting. If somethings happens please, do let me know.

  • if for any reason I am unable to finish your commission and I have not yet started working on your commission, I will refund you in full.

  • Once our negotiation is done and I start your commission, I cannot refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission.

  • Refunds will not be given for a finished commission. You paid for the service and time spent on the commission request. If you're unhappy with your commission, feel free to contact me! We can work something out for any mistakes I have made.

  • Forced chargebacks are a violation of my policies and will get you being permanently and blacklisted from working with me again in the future.

Commissioner

  • You retain the rights to the IP.

  • You may not claim the artwork to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.

  • You may not use it for reproduction such as prints, t-shirts, mugs, charms, etc, unless agreed upon.

  • ⊳ The art you commission is for personal use only. Commercial use can be discussed but keep in mind the prices will increase. However, this excludes by default my Pngtuber commissions as well my designs which includes commercial use as stated on the price list.

  • You can always repost the art you paid for as long as you give proper credit or never remove my signature if I added one

  • You are not allowed to use your commissioned piece for crypto-related productions like Non Fungible Tokens aka NFTs or AI training. This is strictly prohibited And going against this will get you blacklisted.

Artist

  • By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my services only. I reserve rights over my own art and I am allowed to use your commission piece on portfolios, samples for sales/self-promotion or post it on my websites.

  • ⊳ However, I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. No explanation necessary, so feel free to let me know.

  • I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the artwork for personal and commercial projects unless agreed upon.

  • I reserve the right to reject any commission requests without question.

  • I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "YCH"/"pre-posed" commissions.

Process

  • After payment has been received, I will start working on your commission as soon as possible. I will send to you a WIP of the sketch in case you request any changes, and I will wait for your approval before continuing.

  • I will provide updates at the following stages: Sketch, Lining/cleaning the sketch, Flat color and Shading.

  • Any changes done during the sketch phase and flat color(within reason) are completely free of charge.

  • ⊳ Once I move towards the lining/cleaning and shading phase. You will only be able to request minimal changes whenever I share with you any WIP(s). Major changes requested after the sketch phase is over will be charged for.

  • ⊳ Please be clear and concise in your description of the change. You can use photos you like as references for the changes!

  • After the artwork has been finished, the full resolution and unwatermarked file of your artwork will be sent to your email, and you will also get an additional download link to said file. It is necessary that you use a watermark and/or resized version of the image before sharing publicly, this is mainly to prevent theft.

Character Design

Designs

  • Commercial use is ok!

  • I'm fine with small edits on my own artwork of the designs!

  • You are allowed to resell, trade or gift the design for the purchased value, additional art pieces you purchased/made can be counted for its value as well.

  • ⊳ Personal artwork, art payments, art-trades and commissions can be counted for the design's worth.

  • ⊳ Free art such as requests, gifts, raffle prizes. etc. doesn't count towards the design's worth.

  • Credit me as the designer/creator of the design.

  • ⊳ Therefore, do not remove my credits as the designer/claim you created them.

  • ⊳ Do not remove my signature from the original artwork.

  • Redesigns are ok! as long as the design is still recognizable and the original artwork is kept somewhere.

  • You are not allowed to use my artwork for crypto-related productions like Non Fungible Tokens aka NFTs or AI training. This is strictly prohibited.

Payment

  • Payments are upfront USD through a PayPal invoice.

  • Can also accept CashApp

  • If I don't receive any notice from you after 24 hours of contacting you, the design will be put back for sale.

  • Payment must be done within 24 hours.

  • ⊳ Let me know if you need a hold! It can be up to two weeks.

  • Ghosting me on payments can lead to blacklisting. If something happens, please communicate it to me.

  • Forced chargebacks are a violation of my policies and will get you being permanently and publicly blacklisted from working with me again in the future and banned from any future sales.

  • Please note that refunds will not be available after payment has been received. You paid for the service and time spent on the Character design.

  • Your design artwork is a digital PNG file and therefore does not include shipping.

  • After payment has been received, the full resolution and unwatermarked file of your design will be sent to your email, and you will also get an additional download link to said file. Please keep it somewhere private as this is your proof of ownership

  • ⊳ I can also transfer the design to your ToyHouse account if you have one.

  • I won't accept offers from empty and/or new accounts. Your account must be at least 6 months old in order to offer.
