REFUNDS/WAIT TIME/ETC:
Unfortunately the wait time for my commissions tends to vary drastically due to the fact I am currently a student attending college and am frequently dealing with other life events that can get in the way. I do my absolute best to complete commissions as soon as I am able but I want to be honest and transparent with the fact that you may have to wait a little while! If that's not something you're okay with that is perfectly understandable and I might not be the artist for you! So please just keep that in mind before decidind to place and order with me. <3If you still would like to commission me despite the fluctuating wait time and DO end up having to wait a while, please know that you're also welcome to message me or check in for any progress or updates at any time. I do my best to keep good communication because of the potential long wait times and I am extremely willing to give you an update as long as you're kind about it. If you choose to be rude and disrespectful I will refund the commission and refuse to serve you entirely.IF YOUR COMMISSION IS TIME SENSTIVE!!! Please tell me! Yes my wait time fluctuates but if you need the piece by a certain deadline let me know so I can MAKE SURE I get it done by then OR tell you that I won't be able to finish in the time you are wanting.As far as refunds go I will only give refunds if you ask for one/cancel your commission BEFORE I start OR if its been over 3 months with little to no progress made on the piece. If any other issue arises where you would like a refund, kindly and respectfully ask me about it! I want my customers to be happy so I am very willing to work out refunds for other situations too when necessary!In fact I'm extremely willing to work with any issue at all you might have so don't be afraid to approach me with any concerns that you may have! We're all human and make mistakes so again I just ask if there ever are any issues to please approach me with them respectfully so we can discuss and work them out! <3
WIPS/EDITS:
even without asking for them, I send frequent WIPs to show progress and ask for your feedback to make sure I'm giving you what you want throughout the work time of your commission!I'll usually send one after I do the sketch for approval of the overal pose/layout/concept/ etc, then at the lineart stage so you can see if I left out any details, again at the flats to make sure I've gotten the colors right, and then from there the next time I show progress it will be the finished piece unless I have any other questions along the way! Once I send you the finished piece you'll only be able to request minor edits as it'll be a lot harder to do any major edits at this time.Up until that point please don't be afraid to be nitpicky and honest! Once again I want you to be happy with what you get so I'm open to making whatever changes are necessary even if it seems like a lot!
Use of My Work/Reposting:
Commissions are to be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY BY THE COMMISSIONER THEMSELF. Do not use my work for any commercial means/print resell/make it into a product to sell/etc. If you would like to commission work for commercial use you're welcome to ask me about it though, but as a general rule I only allow my works to be used for personal use exclusively
Do not make AI art with my works
Do not steal/claim my artwork as your own! I'm okay with it being used as reference or if you trace in the case of learning purposes but please be respectful and credit me if you do reference/use my works to learn/practice.
Commissioners are allowed to post my works for them specifically on sites such as toyhouse or in other oc galleries but YOU MUST INCLUDE CLEAR AND PROPER CREDIT! My toyhouse is octosqueesh and is highly preferred when crediting on toyhouse, any of my other social media accounts are listed in the footer if needed for other character storage sites and such.
I post my commission pieces on at least one if not all of my social media, I always include character credit of course but due to this you shouldn't need to repost my art on any other sites outside of character galleries where you could just reblog/share/etc via those sites. HOWEVER if you do still include clear proper credit I don't mind if you share your commissioned work on your page as well.

I'll reply with a form for you to fill out to help keep things easy and organized for the both of us and we'll go from there! <3You're welcome to contact me through dms or email if you have any questions as well, and I'll be happy to answer! Only thing I will warn though is I don't check my email as often as my socials so please give me a few days to respond as I get back into the habit of checking it more.
