I. I have the right to deny any commission prompt for reasons I'm not obliged to state to you.II. Keep in mind that I'm a college student who works part time. Slots open sporadically due to this.III. Extra costs will be charged for extremely complex props and designs, or sudden large changes in the piece.IV. My art is only for personal use such as printing, sharing and use of reference for personal projects and merchandise. Commercial use of my art for profit in any way is prohibited.V. I will charge extra costs for text-based references and or moodboards, where a reference sheet is lacking. The only exclusion from this is the 'Custom' commission.VI. I work on 200 dpi and CMYK as a standard.
VII. Once a slot has been paid, I will send an estimated due date for the sketch and finished piece.VII. After the sketch has been delivered, no refunded may be requested by the client. I will refund the invoice if I find I am unable to finish it within my expected timeframe, this varies per commission.VIII. Keep in mind that my currency is Euro. I'm willing to discuss a price in case of an extreme currency exchange. I work with budgets!IX. Commissions will be paid through Paypal with an official invoice. Ko-Fi will be used as an alternative if the former payment method is unavailable.X. You have the right to state that the commission is private and wish not to have it shown on social media or my personal portfolio.
