Refunds are only until the sketch stage. In other circumstances (in case I cant do your commission for any given reason) that will result in a refund as well.I have the right to decline any request I dont feel fit for, or comfortable doing.

Again, once you buy the character, it is completely YOURS! You're free to redesign it as long as you have the original artwork created by me available somewhere.
