no refunds. I will inform you my current workload during discussion to let you decide whether you want to continue to commission or not. I do not let anyone to rush themselves into paying if I forsee that cannot start to work on the sketch as soon as possible after I received the payment.

when payment is made that means client agreed to the terms of service mentioned on my carrd.

the commissioned work is for personal use only.

I, as the artist, retain the rights to the commissioned work.

I, as the artist, have the rights to use the commissioned work as my personal portfolio, unless it was requested to be a private work by the client.

client is not allowed to claim the commissioned work as theirs.

client is allowed to re-post the commissioned work and credit is mandatory. it is recommended to upload the watermarked one publicly.

client is not allowed to make any changes/edit/modif/alters to the commissioned work in any form.

I, as the artist, only allow major revisions during the sketch stage. I, as the artist, will only accept minor revisions during the render stage.

if the client wants to change anything in the finished illustration that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it will take additional fee depending on the changes. any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free.

I, as the artist, accept custom/written commissions but there will be additional fee depending on how complicated the commission request is. if possible, please provide a mood board to ease my understanding.

commissioned work is not allowed to be used for any NFT, AI, crypto, along with their other kind of current/future development purposes. doing so will get you blacklisted from commissioning me in the future. I do not correlate myself AND my works with these stuffs.

client (whether the commission is finished, in progress, or canceled) is not allowed to use any of my work in progress images for any purposes.

I, as the artist, have the rights to decline a commission request if it does not fall within my skill range or for any other reason(s).

client is allowed to ask for commission update(s).

client will receive PNG and/or JPG/JPEG files of the commissioned work.

I, as the artist, can't and won't give the source/layered files under any circumstances to prevent art thieves, minor/major editing/altering/modifying/changing on art, distribution, and any other reasons.

these terms of service are subject to change without notice when a new situation arises, clarifications need to be made, or for any other reasons.

the details of my turnaround time can be seen on each commission type.

the timeframe only begins when I, as the artist, started working on your request. you may go to Queue section for further information about your request.

depending on my current queue, I, as the artist, may or may not take longer to work on your request. especially if there are other large scale requests before your own request. I, as the artist, will inform you directly in this case.

please keep it in mind that I, as the artist, sometimes work on 2-3 requests at a time. I will do my best to keep you updated as frequent as possible. however, if possible, please do not ask updates every hour or every day as it may make me feel anxious (one update every 2-3 days is okay).

I, as the artist, will notify you as soon as possible if there are possible delays on your request.

I, as the artist, generally work on the requests on MONDAY to FRIDAY.

I, as the artist, take breaks every SATURDAY and SUNDAY. I may or may not continue to work on the requests at my preference. it is recommended not to expect much of any updates related to your requests on both of these days.

I, as the artist, am active EVERYDAY to respond to messages/inquiries or accept commission requests. so, if you have anything in mind regarding the commission, feel free to send me a message anytime. please refer to my availability on discord profile.

if the client wants to pay/request on a/an certain or approximate date, please let me know in advance. I, as the artist, will only wait for the paypal email to be sent to me within 24 hours after the discussion of the commission request. otherwise I'll consider the commission request to be canceled unless specific reason(s) are provided by the client.

I do not start any work unless payment has been made. test sketches are not allowed to be requested, even if they only cost a few minutes of my time. there are a lot of samples on my page for you to decide whether your commission is suitable in my style or not.

all payments are paid upfront. payment plans or split payments are not accepted. however, total price of 100 USD or above may get exception for this, as I will allow split payments with minimum of 50% upfront.

client’s commission request will be canceled if the client fail to pay within 48 hours.

accepted payment method(s): paypal (invoice) OR ko-fi (widget).

for paypal: please do not send any payment on your own (both "goods and services" or "friends and family"), as I'll send an invoice to you.

complexity fee: starting at 20 USD.

custom/written/mood board-based fee: starting at 30 USD.

private commission: 20 USD.

revision fee: free up to 2 revisions. there will be additional fee depending on the quantity of the revision or how major the revision is. starting at 20 USD.

rush fee: 100% of total of base price added with other possible fees.

regarding commercial commission: anything that involves profit (in any way, shape, and/or form), both directly (merch, etc) and indirectly (promotions, etc). I, as the artist, may request a link to your site/server/etc or any important information about the commercial usage to confirm. please discuss the details beforehand as we may need to create different agreements regarding the rights, publication, and any other stuffs other than the payment. commercial use base price starts at x2 of total price, may rise depending on the scale.
