I only accept payments in USD through Paypal or Stripe.

Once I have accepted your commission request, I will send you an invoice via paypal.

Payment is expected upfront for orders worth below $100.

Orders worth $100 or more have the option to pay 50% of the total fee upfront, and pay the rest upon completion. If the order happens to be canceled while in-progress, you forfeit the 50% down payment and any additional funds that have been sent will be refunded.

Payment must be sent within 5 days, otherwise you will forfeit your slot.

Refunds are only available if I have not started on your commission; you can view the status of your commission in my queue.

If you offer to pay in non fungible tokens and/or cryptocurrency you will automatically be blacklisted.

Photo reference is required for any commissioned work; slight tweaks to the design are allowed, however full character redesigns are considered Custom Adoptables. If you wish for me to create the design for your character, please look at my Customs info.

Commissioned artwork may only be used for personal use; the prices listed are not for commercial or distributed work.

Commercial work is a case-by-case discussion that must be negotiated first.

I will give WIPs upon request; you may request minor edits, however I will not completely redo the piece.

Once the commission is completed, I will send you the full-resolution file(s) as a PNG.

My artwork is NOT to be used for Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) . Use of my artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

If payment is not received within 24 hours after the claim is sent, the adopt will be put up for sale/auction again.

If needed, I can do holds for up to 5 days, but please inform me first!

Once the adopt is paid for, I will note you the full-resolution file(s) on a transparent background.

I do not offer refunds for adoptables, once you have purchased the adopt, it is yours.

Payment plans are available for adopts if they are at least $150 in value, this can be discussed via notes/email.

My adopts are for non-commercial-use only, and you are allowed to use it for any non-commercial purposes once purchased.

Reselling/trading/gifting is fine.

Resell value must equal: $ original amount paid + $ additional commissioned art

Any Closed Species adopts are also subject to the TOS of the specific CS.

Credit @oneiir for the design; only necessary when someone asks and in the character's profile; if trading/reselling/gifting you must inform the new owner that I am the designer. (Toyhou.se profiles can be credited to my TH account: Oneiir )

Changes like sex, hairstyle, color palette, outfit, etc. are allowed as long as the overall design remains recognizable.

Design transfers for Closed/Semi-Open/Open Species are allowed for both Non-CS designs and Closed Species designs! (So long as it adheres to both Species TOS!)
