-Redesigns are fine, including changing the species/outfits/etc.-Characters cannot be sold for more than their base value without additional art, memes/doodles/sketches made by yourself cannot count towards this, but commissions & art with effort can boost the worth.-Commercial use of my designs is not allowed. If you’re looking to do something commercially, reach out to me about what specifically you’ll be doing, and ask if we can arrange a contract.-Don’t take credit for my designs. If you think you’ve redesigned them to an extent that it completely deviates from the base design, you can contact me about adding yourself to the credits!-Do NOT use my designs to promote any sort of hate speech, racism, homophobia, or pedophilic content. Doing so will give you an instant blacklist.-DO NOT USE MY DESIGNS OR ART IN AI/NFTs.-That’s pretty much it, have fun :) Don’t be afraid to ask if you have questions!
Commission T.O.S
-Prices go by USD
-You may only suggest major changes during the sketch stage once, major changes beyond this will cost an additional $10 each. (I.e different pose, different outfit)
-You are allowed up to 4 Minor changes. (I.e color tweaks, a small accessory, different bangs) additional minor changes will be an additional $2.
*Changes made due to my own mistake will not be counted towards this limit.
-You may cancel during the sketch stage for a partial refund, however refunds will not be provided beyond this point, unless I am unable to deliver the product at all or within a discussed allotted time, in which case a full refund will be issued.
-Rudeness, rushing, and failure to follow these guidelines will not be tolerated, and if you do so I will not be accepting any commissions from you in the future.
-If one or more of these rules are broken, I have the right to cancel your commission.
-Please inform me of any timeframe you need the piece done within. (There may be an extra fee depending on how quickly you need it done by.)
-Commercial use of my artwork is prohibited unless otherwise specified. If you’d like something for a commercial project, talk to me about it and we may be able to discuss pricing or a contract! I’m especially happy to support independent projects. :)
-You may create or order merchandise of the art, so long as it's for personal use only.
-If you are commissioning artwork of your own original character, yourself, or your pet, I will need a reference image, unless otherwise stated. Reference sheet and custom commissions excluded.
-By ordering this commission, you are allowing me to use the artwork in portfolios and on any of my art sharing platforms.
-Please inform me if a commission is a timed gift, and share the date of when I may post it.
-I have the right to deny your commission for whatever reason I see fit.
