if you do not have any ref//art of your character i will work with you to make sure your ref turns out how you you invisioned them!

  • $160 option 1: 1 fullbody (flatted and colored lines), color block, 1 feature//item//extra, and flat color background

  • $260 option 2: 2 fullbody (flatted and colored lines), color block, up to 3 features//items//extras, and flat color background

  • $360 turnaround: 3 fullbodies in a front, side, and back view

  • $60-$120 props & items: reference for props//accessories//weapons separate from a character sheet

  • features//items//extras include but are not limited to facial expressions, important details//markings, accessories, or items your character has that you would like to feature

  • color blocks are color references that can be as simple as a rectangle to any shape that fits with your character. i will normally draw shaped color blocks unless specified

please provide as much detail as you can so i can draw the design you are looking for! moodboards// collection of images is super helpful!

  • $260+ full: simple custom character design + option 1 in ref sheet (1 fullbody (flatted and colored lines), color block, 1 feature//item//extra, and flat color background)

  • $460 turnaround: 3 fullbodies in a front, side, and back view

commissions

updated: 28.02.20221. unless prohibited by detail of a contract, the artist retains the right to reuse any artwork created for the client for non-commercial uses. this includes but is not limited to:
inclusion in the artist’s online portfolio
use as demonstration material for speed-paintings
use as demonstrational material for instructional use (tutorials)1.1 any work that could be considered time sensitive (e.x.: work for an as yet unreleased project, a gift, etc.) will have a date specified, in writing, as to when the artist may share it publicly.2. i reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.2.1 things i will draw:

super complexe characters3. the client, or their representative, must be 18 years or older to order a commission. by signing this contract you are agreeing that you are of the age 18 or older.4. all artwork is for personal use only. artwork cannot be redistributed or sold to a third party as part of any commercial endeavor.
the client is free to use any art for an icon or social media page as long as proper credit is given.5. redraws and revisions
the client will receive a rough sketch of the requested pose so that changes can be made if needed
understand that these sketches are rough and some details will not be finalized once you decide on a pose the artist will finish the piece once the piece is finished small edits are possible, (e.x.; color corrections, lighting).
major edits (e.x.; changes to the post, redesigning outfits & props, etc.) will injure an additional 25% fee
6. my art cannot be turned into an NFT and you will be facing legal consequences if you do.7. all sales are final.paymentpayment method: PayPalthe client will receive a PayPal invoice

payment is due before i start the commission:
any possible fees for edits after the work is completed may be charged if the client requests any. These will be sent in a second invoice
the artist shall submit a low resolution and watermarked copy of the art as proof of completion
the client shall receive a high resolution copy of the art once final payment has been madeyour information
your privacy is very important. your personal information will never be shared with any third parties without your express permission.

all sales are finalthe following rules apply to any
character design, adopts, or customs i have created:1. ownership
i retain rights to the artwork and intellectual property. you may not use the design/adopt for commercial use (see commercial use below for further details)
you are free to do whatever you want with the design/adopt for non commercial uses
drawing them, commissioning art of them, printing art of them for personal use
you may use them as a persona/fursona, make a costume or fursuit, etc.
feel free to tag me in art of them as i love to see new art of characters!
i must be credited as the creator of the design and in no way can you claim to be the creator of the design
this includes on all reference sheets (drawn by you or commissioned)
do not use any of my designs/adopts in a harmful way (promoting hate, violence, discrimination). you will be blacklisted from purchasing designs/adopts and commissions.2. editing
things you can edit unless stated otherwise:
minor changes to design
hair color and length
small marking changes
small color tweaks
a few additional markings
superficial things like scars or tattoos
species
gender and sex
you may not edit the original drawing. if you wish to edit the original please contact me3. reselling//trading//gifting
reselling is allowed
you may not resell the design/adopt for more than you purchased unless there is other art of the character
this includes both personal and commissioned art
this applies to acquiring the design/adopt for free
trading is allowed
gifting is allowed4. commercial use
all copyright agreements are negotiable and must be discussed with me before a product is made. a contract will be written up and agreed upon
you are allowed to sell up to 50 of a single merchandise product before it is considered commercial use
this includes merchandise, books & comics, games, etc.
any edits to the same product count towards the total
please contact me to discuss commercial use terms if you wish to sell more than 50 of a product
i reserve the right to not allow any commercial use for whatever reason
you cannot use the design/adopt for large scale commercial or corporate commercial use
i must be credited in the final product (ie in the description or printed in a book/comic)
