✦ All prices are in USD. All work should also be paid in USD.
✦ Prices listed are considered base prices and are subject to change depending on complexity of each character/background, additional characters, details, content, etc.
✦ Payment is due within two days of myself sending an invoice, if I have yet to receive payment by then, your commission will be removed from my queue.
✦ I will not accept any payment plans.
✦ Once a commission has been paid and a sketch has been sent out, partial refunds will be available upon request.
✦ Full refunds will be issued only if I am unable to finish the commission.
✦Finished works will not be refunded.
✦ I retain my right to deny and cancel a commission at any time.
✦ Please be sure you can afford to commission me beforehand.
✦ Feel free to post your commission wherever you like as long as you credit me within the same post!
✦ You may use your commissioned work for icons, banners, backgrounds etc.
✦ Do not edit the artwork yourself to fix something without my permission.
✦ If you commissioned me for someone else, please let them know how and where to credit me.
✦ You may not credit any commissioned artwork by me, as your own, regardless of how many edits you make with or without my permission.
✦ You may not use my artwork for commercial purposes unless agreed upon. (Prints, Merchandise, etc.)
✦ Unless the commission has been confirmed to be private, I retain my right to use my artwork to promote future commissions!
✦ Under any circumstances are my works are NOT to be used in the making/creation of Non-Fungible Tokens, the training of Artificial Intelligence or similar services.

Hello, I go by many names. Weslie, and Penn are what I'm most comfortable with.Unfortunately, I am a single individual working without a manager or assistance. My turnaround times will range between 2 weeks to a month depending on the size of my queue.
I'm a big proponent of CLEAR communication, If I should happen across any setbacks or issues while working on your commission, you will be the first to know.That being said, I am not a perfect person despite the standard I hold myself to.
