Terms of Service
Commission TOS
I take full payment upfront through ko-fi. I am able to also accept payment through stripe but ko-fi is preferred.
I offer refunds for when I haven't sent you the sketch/concept art yet or if I have failed to contact you about your commission in at least a month since your purchase. Do not ask for a refund after we’ve finalized the sketch and I’ve sent you the finished product. I will not accept refunds at that point since I have already spent the time on your commission.
Before I begin finalizing the commission, I will send you a sketch/concept art of what it could look like. You can request changes to whatever you don't like and what to keep. After that I will not be taking anymore suggestions or requests.
All commissions I am offering are for personal use only and can not be used for commercial use ( NFTs, merchandise, etc.)
You can repost the art I've made for you on your social medias so long as you clearly credit me as the artist.
I reserve the right to use the finished commission for my portfolio/commission examples.
I have different deadlines for the types of commissions I offer and how complex your commission is. If I have not given you a set deadline or updated you about the status of your commission in awhile, you are free to contact me and ask me for that information. You are not allowed to pressure me into finishing the product at a rate faster than I am capable of or continuously badgering me about the status of your commission.
There are certain fandoms that I will not design or draw for like Harry Potter, South Park, Hazbin Hotel, etc. If the source material is incredibly integrated with bigot ideals and hateful content, then I will absolutly not draw it. Do not try to convince me to draw for these medias.
Additionally I will not draw anything relating to gore, proship/pedophilic, fetishes, homophobia, racism, or sexual.
Design TOS
After receiving the finished design, the design's rights will belong to you. You can redesign and repurpose the design however much you want so long as I am credited as the original designer.
You can trade and resell the design so long as it is equal to the price you paid for it, if additional artwork has been purchased for the character then you can sell it at that increased price.
My designs are for personal use only, unless you pay an additional fee that allows you to use the design commercially. The only forms of commercial use I allow are : for a story you plan on monetizing, using the design as a mascot for your business, or for merchandise that includes the design. All other forms of commercial use is not permitted.
You are not allowed to use my designs to promote or justify bigoted/hateful ideologies.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service and are expected to follow them. Failure to do so will result in a ban from commissioning me again.
Prices and Examples
------------------------Bold Lined Chibis
$15
A small full-body stylized in a chibi style and has bold line art. It will be a small transparent png, usually sized at 650 x 650 pixels unless the design does not fit that small of a canvas. Includes some small objects/shapes surrounding the character.
-------------------------------Full-bodies
$20-$40
A regular sized, fully coloured full-body
$20: No shading or lighting. Minimal background (gradient, single color)
$25: Minimal shading,lighting, and background.
$30: Complex shading and lighting. Simple background (small bordered snapshot of a location)
$40: Complex shading, lighting, and background. (character is fully integrated into their environment)

I specialize in creature and monster design. I’m open to doing furry, human, humanoid, mech/robot, and fandom related designs but be aware that I am not as skilled with those kinds of designs.
TIER 1($20): A simple design with a full body ref of only their front side. 1 main outfit (if applies) and 1 color palette.TIER 2($30): A simple design with a full body ref of their front and back side. Some design notes, 1 alternate color palette, 1 main outfit.TIER 3($40): A complicated design with a full body ref of only their front side. 1 main outfit and 1 alternate outfit, extra design notes, and 1 alternate color palette.TIER 4($50): A complicated design with a full body ref of their front and back side. 3 separate outfits, 3 separate color palettes, extra design notes, character notes(like personality and lore).A simple design has a limited color palette and patterns. A complicated design has an expansive color palette and more complex patterns.
