MechaPayment:
• Payments are accepted only through the options I have provided at the bottom of the page.• Payments must be completed upon request.• I will not continue further than the sketch until half of the price is paid.• Half of the payment must be paid either upon sketch or beforehand.• The remaining amount must be sent once a watermarked completed piece is revealed.Refunds:
• If you cancel before I begin and have already paid the Starting Price, you will get it back.• If you cancel and or request a refund after I begin, I keep 20-40% of the final price (Percentage varies on progress made)• Satisfaction is not guaranteed! Once it's completed I must receive the remaining amount that was agreed to be paid!• If you continuously request and cancel commissions it will result in you being Blacklisted.Pricing:
• Commissions do not have a set price as it always varies on the subject's complexity and the buyer's compliance.• There is a 20% complexity charge. If I believe a character is complicated to draw, there will be an additional 20% charge from the base price.• I charge what I believe my work is worth! Not what others think it's worth or what they can afford.• If I happen to raise my prices after I've accepted a commission from the buyer, the buyer will only need to pay the original agreed price.Timing:
• I work on my own time and schedule! I have a life outside of taking commissions that may need to take priority!• If you have a deadline, you will be charged an additional 20% of the total price. (Rush charges start from one month away)• The closer the deadline, the higher the rush charge!• If the deadline is two weeks away, I will not accept.My Rights:
• I have the right of refusal and the right to give no explanation• You may not sell my artwork for any reason (unless it is the subject drawn)• Do not use my art for any NFTs or AI• Do not trace, heavily reference, copy, or outright steal my artwork.• Always credit me! If you cannot remember who made the work, do not post it!Your Rights:
• You will be notified if I reject your offer on a commission• You will not be Blacklisted for no reason, you will be notified of it and why you are being Blacklisted.• You will get a refund, depending on the circumstances of when the refund occurs.• As listed in Pricing, if my prices change after I take on a commission from you, you do not have to pay any other price than the original one that was agreed upon.Final Notes:
