TO STATE IN ALL MY TOS PAGES YOU CANNOT USE MY ART AS A FREE DOMAIN, THIS MEANS YOU CANNOT MAKE MERCH OF ANY KIND WITH MY ART OR DESIGNS FOR ANY PERSONAL OR PERMIT REASONS.- you can redesign my designs but not harshly! YOU MUST MAKE AN "OLD DESIGN" TAB PLEASE, IF YOU TRADE A DESIGN WITH A OLD DESIGN & NEW DESIGN THEY HAVE THE CHOICE TO USE THE NEWER RE-DESIGN OR THE OLD DESIGN. the new owner also has the choice to delete the old redesign but not the og design! if a design has been redesigned you must delete the old redesign tab & make a new tab!- DON'T ASSOCIATE MY DESIGNS WITH ANY RELIGION OR RELIGIOUS CLOTHING. This includes religious things like pure pope outfits (unless its for Halloween reasons) or hibjas and etc. Please understand this is a very personal family reason.- WHILE IT IS SEMI-OK I WOULD LIKE IT IF HUMAN & CAT CHARACTERS STAY THEIR SPECIES MAINLY (THIS MEANS YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE REAL SPECIES VERSION BUT YOU CANNOT MAKE THAT THE MAIN CHARACTER SPECIES/ CHANGE IT. THIS MEANS NSFW, SFW, GORE, HORROR, BODY HORROR, BRIGHT COLORS OR ANY IS OK YOU MAY NOT MAKE ZOOPHILE, PEDOPHILE, THERAPIST, TOXIC, OR OVER POLITICALLY RELATED CONTENT. just please keep it in the correct medias & tagged/ hidden!- YOU MAY NOT SELL A DESIGN FOR MORE THAN ITS WORTH UNLESS IT HAS ADDED ART, CHECK THE CHARACTERS. Your art counts for worth up to $100 past that your art no longer can add worth! AS THE ARTIST I DO HAVE ANY RIGHT TO TAKE BACK A DESIGN FOR ANY REASON THOUGH IT IS VERY UNLIKELY I WILL TAKE BACK ONE.- YOU MAY NOT DELETE ANY CHARACTER (THIS I ALSO MINORLY INCLUDED WITH YOU NEED TO KEEP THE OLD DESIGNS IN A TAB) ANY DELETED CHARACTERS WILL BE ASKED ABOUT & IF YOU HAVE NO REAL REASON IT WILL BE RE-UPLOADED & OWNED BY ME + YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED. IF "IT WAS AN ACCIDENT" OR "IT WAS A MIX UP" OR SIMILAR TERMS COME FORWARD TO ANSWER THIS ISSUE MULTIPLE TIMES YOU WILL BE ABSOLUTELY BLACKLISTED AND UN-ALLOWED TO OWN ANY CURRENT DESIGNS BY ME MEANING YOU CAN GIVE THEM TO A FRIEND, GIVE THEM BACK TO ME TO BE DECIDED ON OR TRADE/ SELL THEM.- I have the right to use art made by me and designs made by me for example! You can add a tab for an alt version of them but you CANNOT! turn them into a pure new species and anyone else who gains the design does have the right to delete or dispose of any alternate tabs or designs except original or redesign tabs/ art!

All body types are people, not sexual objects and to be honest, it's getting tiring seeing people go "Oh look a bit of chest, that's sexual how creepy!" If its a cat with like a 6 pack its suddenly not weirdly weird. Stop sexualizing women's bodies.- Please note if you are a fetish artist I'm likely going to block you. If you are a nsfw artist who has nsfw thumbnails/ icons and uncensored art I will not hesitate to block you

anyone who has broken my tos or makes me generally uncomfortable will be here! do not attack or hunt ANY of these people or harass them. if any of these people on my grey/ black list are blocked it will be because either its easier to avoid accidentally interacting/ faving, to keep track of who I have listed, or because of publicly posted NSFW (not hidden/censored) although these won't be listed just blocked. You won't be blocked for another reason besides these 👍

Please don't ask about these users or try to hunt them down. some of these users are on the grey list generally because I wasn't involved in the drama/ they have left and i still want them down just not on my blacklist to take up space. same rules as a blacklist for blocking!
