Custom characters have a base price of $80. customs are a fullbody, 1 chibi outfit, and an expression headshot. you may request a back reference for +$20, and every extra chibi outfit is +$7.I can create a character based off of a detailed description, aesthetic board, or collection of images.

TERMS OF SERVICE

I RETAIN THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON OR REFUND ANY COMMISSION DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.I will not be drawing hateful content, political content, NSFW content, intense gore, violent real life events, or minors in inappropriate situations. This list is not exhaustive.I retain the right to use commissions in portfolios and art example lists, and anywhere else I see fit.

On Payment

Total payment is due upfront and in full. I will only accept payment in USD, and currently only accept payment via Cashapp. I do not currently accept payment plans.Full refunds will only be returned if the commission is cancelled prior to me starting the piece, or if I am the one to cancel the commission. A partial refund of, at MOST, half the original sale price, will be issued if I have already started the piece, and NO refund will be given if the piece is completed. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.

On Commissions

Please allow up to one month for completion. While you will be notified if a commission exceeds four weeks time, this extension does not justify any sort of compensation on my part. Updates ARE available upon request! Aspects of the art will be fixed or added onto upon request! A commissioned piece will NOT be changed upon completion. Every piece I make is held under my copyright, therefore you may NOT edit or use my artwork for profit.* Under NO circumstances may my art be used as an NFT, or Non-Fungible Token of any sort, or be fed into or used to train any AI program. My completed artwork may be uploaded and shared, however a link or tag to my social media is required every time.

*If a work is purchased specifically for commercial use or personal resale, there will be a 500% upcharge on the original price. A 10% share of profits from this piece is absolutely necessary.

On Designs

If you purchase a design or character from me, you may edit or change the design to your liking unless otherwise specified. However, you may not make edits or changes to my original artwork. A Toyhouse account is NOT required to purchase my designs, however I must be explicitly notified of resale of these designs so as to track who owns them. You MUST credit me as the original creator, even when characters are redesigned.
