General:

- do not ask me to follow you
- I don't do requests unless otherwise stated
- If you don't read the tos then it doesn't fall on me to change them for you
- I have anxiety so if I don't answer right away that doesn't mean that I don't want to talk to you

General Art:

- Don't use my art commercially unless agreed upon
- Dont use my art as nfts
- If you use my art as a pfp then credit me
- Don't edit my art

Art Trades:

- all of the general art terms apply
- no traditional, watermarked, or shaded refs (it makes design unclear)
- don't send toyhouse links
- don't change the character once I start
- I will start my side of the trade when you finish (to avoid scams)

Commissions:
- all of the general art terms apply
- payment will be expected upfront (unless stated otherwise)
- read the "What I'll do section" under the commission tab
- be patient
- turnaround time: a few days - a few weeks (most likely under a week)
- if for any reason you back out, I can reuse/edit the lineart, or if its a custom, I can make it a adopt
- you can't refund your purchase once I start working on it

Designs

- Don't claim the design as your own
- Don't use commercially (unless otherwise stated)
- you can redesign the character however you want (if it's a closed species check with the species staff)
- if there is an attempt to steal/scam me out of a design I have the right to reclaim the character or remake the characters Toyhouse page
- keep designs on Toyhouse
- If I reclaim a character I will try to post proof of the interaction
