Terms of service

I may refuse your commission for any reason
Communication through Instagram/Toyhouse/Discord only
My turnaround time is 1 week to about 2 months, however, you can ask about the progress anytime
Finished artwork is going to be sent via email or Discord
In case you'd like to repost my work for any reason or just support in general please make sure to contact me beforehand
Commercial use is allowed with given credit
Do not remove my watermark
Do not steal or trace my work

Payment through PayPal only
Commissioning me is obligatory, I won't accept a refund request once I start working on your commission
I do not do refunds once a piece is finished but I am more than happy to make changes to improve your commission's quality

I'll not draw NSFW, homophobic, transphobic, racist art and fetishes, please refrain from asking. I also cannot draw humans or complex mechanical parts
I'll draw almost any form of gore, species, and scenery

Terms regarding designs

You have to credit me by link or simple mention
If you're uploading one of my designs to Toyhou.se make sure to credit my profile there (same username @polteyz on th)
You're free to resell, regift, retrade any of my designs however don't resell it for more than you paid for unless the character has additional art
My designs can be commercially used with given credit
In case your oc, designed by me, has any NSFW content/art tied to them make sure to resell it to a user above the age of 18 (deleting the NSFW art or any other mature content tied to them and then reselling it to a minor is also prohibited)
Once you own a design made by me you are free to alter its appearance in any way
Do not edit my work
Do not color pick, steal, trace any of my designs
