GENERALI don't draw NSFW, gore is ok.No upload of my artworks on AI websites, no NFT.If you want to maintain you commission confidential you must indicate it via chat, otherwise i'm allowed to broadcast and/or share WIP of the commission.If the characters are extremely detailed i can charge a fee (min +10€), otherwise you can decide to: 1) change the commissioned character; 2) accept a simplified version of the character.Always make sure to have precise and clear references and to write detailed requests, it truly helps me. Not first come first serve.PAYMENTSFULL PAYMENT UPFRONT, payment plans can be discussed for commissions over the 200€.REVISIONSAfter the 4th sketch redraw or heavy sketch revision I will charge the next ones (20€) small adjustments are ok.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYPlease note that I usually work on multiple works at the same time, sometimes even personal art. Feel free to contact me to check up on progress. Big commissions usually takes me around 4 weeks, small ones around 2. You can check my work queue on my Carrd.The artworks will be delivered through E-mail or VGen.USEThere are two tiers of Commercial Rights:
Tier 1 (streaming/content use) is already included in the final price.
Tier 2 (Merchandize, ads, artwork being behind a paywall, prints) is NOT included (100% of the original price).Finished commissions are only for personal and Tier 1 use unless Commercial use was previously accorded. Commercial use info: applies only to artworks intended for any kind of merchandise.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSI'm allowed to post all finished artworks on my socials if not under specific request (check Request Form).Credits are always required when using or posting your commissioned artwork.Do not: trace or heavily modify commission works, if you need minor adjustments you can contact me.REFUNDSNo refunds after i start the lineart.I can offer multiple sketches and revisitations, If you are not satisfied with the sketches I will offer a partial refund (50% of the total price).This applies to every kind of illustration or design.COMMUNICATIONPlease be sure to ask me any question, you can contact me whenever you want, just keep in mind that it could take me some time to answer.
