Terms of Service

By purchasing artwork or designs by me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. Failure to comply may put you at risk of becoming blocked or blacklisted. I reserve the right to deny your commission inquiry if I am not comfortable with your actions or behavior.

Art Boundaries

Ordering and Payment

Before purchasing anything from me, please make sure you have a clear idea of what it is you are looking for. The less information you give me, the more influence I will have over the finished product.Unless purchasing a custom design, I require a clean, digital reference sheet to work off of. Heavily jpegged or watermarked references may be refused.Please take my art style into consideration when purchasing artwork. I am not able to do hyper realism or translate an overly intricate/complex design into my style perfectly. Do not ask me to mimic another person’s art style.All commissions are taken through PayPal only. (USD) Please pay through goods and services when prompted.Please make sure to pay/send me any information within a reasonable amount of time. Waiting days or weeks for a response slows down my entire process and may end up making me take a lot longer to complete your order.I will not start until I have received the payment in full. Payment plans will not be permitted unless given special permission to do so.

Refunds

Refunds may be requested or offered once certain conditions have been met. You may be eligible for a refund or partial refund if:

Once a commission is complete and has been approved, the customer is no longer permitted to ask for a refund for any reason.

Waiting and Post-Completion

I try my best to finish owed artwork within a reasonable amount of time, however there may be occasional delays due to physical conditions that affect my drawing hand.The estimated wait time can be between 1 week - 2 months. Time difference will vary depending on queue placement and the complexity of your commission. Unless your commission isn't directly on my trello queue, you can rest assured that I have not forgotten about it.Make sure to ask for edits when prompted after I send sketches and WIPs. After the commission is complete, I wont go back to make any edits unless it is an error on my end.After receiving your commission you may use my art for profile icons, banners, pagedolls, or any other personal use purpose. If you decide to repost the commission publicly to social media, please do be considerate and give proper credit!I do not consent to my artwork or designs being used for AI algorithm training or NFTs/cryptocurrency.

Custom Designs and Adoptables

Most of the trading and selling of my designs are hosted on my Toyhouse. While having a toyhouse isn't required to purchase a design from me, it is heavily preferred so I can prevent scams from occurring off-site.The design you receive can be redesigned as freely as you wish as long as I'm still credited for the original design in some way. You also have my permission to redesign my designs into or out of closed species. Take this line as your proof of consent if any admins require it.The only rule I have in regards to trading and selling is to not sell a design for more than it was sold for, unless it has added commissions or personal artwork. This rule is to prevent my free/cheap designs being scalped and upsold for a profit.I do not believe in "taking back" designs if you break my TOS, so you will simply be blocked or blacklisted instead.

Commission Prices

My commissions are currently: CLOSED!Before submitting an order, please make sure you have read my terms of service completely and thoroughly.

Standard Fullbodies: $65

Default canvas size is 2000x2000, but can be upscaled upon request
Additional characters on the same canvas is +$45
Large props or complex designs will be +$15 (ask if you aren't sure!)
Client will receive flatcolour and shaded versions

Pixel Fullbodies: $35 - $55

Canvas size is 96x96 pixels
Final product can be upscaled upon request
Static pixels are $35, animated pixels are $55
Animated pixels are simple idle movements like bounces, blinks, and wiggles
Animated pixels can have between 5-15 frames
Static pixels come with a simple white outline (optional)
No complexity fee, however complex markings or features may be simplified

Pixel Icons: $25

Canvas size is 50x50 pixels
Final product can be upscaled upon request
Comes with a simple 2 frame loop
Comes with a simple white outline (optional)
No complexity fee, however complex markings or features may be simplified

Reference Sheets: $100+

Comes with: 1 standard fullbody, 1 chibi fullbody, Colour palette reference, and detailed notes
Extra drawings can be added to the reference for an additional fee:

Custom Designs: $50+

Comes with 1 sketch concept, Colour palette reference, and 1 close up or accessory if required
