2.- Commissioner can re-upload the image with credits given to myself in the form of a link to any of my social media, such as Discord, Toyhouse, Instagram, etc. And my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

4.- Artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own

5.- I reserve the right to decline a commission.

1.- All adopts bought from me are for personal use only, you may not use any of my designs for commercial use.

2.- You may not claim to be the creator of the original artwork or design.

3.- You must credit me for the design and the original artwork (when appropriate).

5.- After purchasing, you may decide the character's name, personality, backstory, etc.

6.- After purchasing, you may change aspects of the design or turn them into different forms (human/animal/etc) as long as the design is still generally recognizable.

7.- You may not make edits to the original artwork, please make changes to the design in your own art/commissioned art/notes.

8.- If you decide to sell/gift/trade the design please let me know who the new owner is going to be (optional, but appreciated!).

- Explicit sexual/gore content.

- Mecha.

- Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery.

- Furries/Ferals/Anthro.

- Original Characters.

- Game avatars.

- Fan art (credit must be given).

- Humans with animal features.

- Complicated designs.

1.- I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide. I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.

2.- Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than roughly about 2 weeks. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days of ordering, I will issue a full refund.

3.- Certain commission types may or may not include a sketch approval stage. Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed.

4.- If the commission type includes a sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.

5.- If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.
