Terms of Service
By commisioning me, the client agrees to these terms.
GENERAL
- I have the right to refuse any commission.- Please let me know upfront if you have any kind of required deadline for any stage of the commission so I can do my best to accommodate!- I am allowed to post the art I made for you on my socials, as well as use them for examples for future commissions.- Refunds are unavailable for completed works. Partial refunds can be arranged based on progress with the piece.- I will ask if any revisions need to be made after the sketching phase and again at the flat color stage, after which revisions will be charged an additional $5.
- You may request updates anytime during the process.- When sharing my work please credit me as qKoya, or link my toyhouse account!
PAYMENT
- All prices are in USD- Payment must be sent through PayPal. Preferably upfront, but let me know if a payment plan is needed and we can work something out. At least 50% is required upfront!- Once details are confirmed and the commission is accepted I will send an invoice for the total.- Full refunds will not be able to be issued once work on the project has started.
CUSTOM CHARACTERS & ADOPTS- My designs and the art attached to them are NOT for commercial use!- For adopts: make sure you are able to receive the character you purchased via transfer on toyhou.se. I will not accept refunds for any reason after the character has been transferred to your account.- After purchase, you may:> Change the character's name, backstory, gender, etc.> Tweak the character’s design, but please refrain from changing major aspects.> Give away or trade the character you purchased.> Resell the character you purchased, provided it is sold at the same or lower price you bought them, unless there is additional art of the character (please be reasonable with pricing for personal art).
BLACKLISTABLE OFFENSES- Ghosting or failure to pay within the agreed time slot without warning will result in a temporary blacklist. If you need a hold or payment plan extension, please just let me know! I am a very accommodating person!!- The following will result in a permanent blacklist:DO NOT> Mint my work as NFTs or feed my work to any AI.> Resubmit my designs in an attempt to bypass the gift/trade/sell rules.> Claim my work as your own.
