💚 | ALLOWED

• minor changes to the design is allowed.
minor changes such as extra/different accessories, different hairstyle, small marking changes, etc. are all allowed.• it is allowed to sell & rehome a design you bought.
if no additional artwork was added to said design; you must sell the design at the original value. otherwise you may sell the design for a higher price.

ALLOWED

• it is not allowed to make other artists complete or change the design.
only i am allowed to the edit/complete the character’s design. if you would like to have something changed; you may contact me on my socials & i will edit said design right away.• removing a design off of toyhouse is strictly prohibited.
privating is allowed for as long i'm able to view the design; i must be able to view said design at all times. failure in following this term will result in a permanent blacklist.• it is not allowed to remove credit from the design on toyhouse.
you must keep all credit the design comes with. HOWEVER, it is allowed to remove the credit given in the profile section of the design. all other credit must remain.• selling or posting the design on amino is not advised.
i would deeply appreciate if i my designs would stay away from amino.• do not sell a design you've received for free.
i.e. given through a giveaway or trade. all designs given for free must be traded away; unless you've added a significant amount of artwork to said design to up it's value drastically.

🤍 | OTHER

• never claim the design as your own.
you must always credit me for the character's design. failing in doing so multiple times will result in a temporary ban; if the issue persists you will be banned permanently. claiming the design as your own will result in an instant, permanent ban.• full ownership of the character will automatically be transferred back to me during a chargeback.
if a chargeback happens, you will automatically & instantly lose all ownership rights to the character. same goes for any & all artwork of said character. i have every legal right to claim it back when this happens. you will be permanently banned from owning any designs of mine.• you may change/alter my designs to have a different form of appearance.
i.e. different animal species, humanoid, anthro, etc. HOWEVER; i would like for the original artwork (artwork the design came with) to not be deleted. failing in following this term will result in a temporary blacklist, permanent if it persists.

💚 | ALLOWED

• it is allowed to ask for a refund before linework has begun.
you will receive 50%/half of the original price back if progress has been made on the commissioned artwork.
if little to no progress was made on the commissioned artwork, you will receive a full refund.• you are allowed to use my art for personal usage with credit.• it is allowed to check up on your commission within a few days if there are no updates from me.• it is allowed to apply changes to your commission during the sketching phase of the art piece. though these are limited.
 the first changes/alterings are free of charge. after that, you will be charged extra depending on the changes/alterings.

ALLOWED

• you are not allowed to feed/give my art to AI.• it is not allowed to ask for a refund when linework has begun.• you are not allowed to use my art for personal usage without credit.• you are not allowed to use my art for commercial usage with or without credit.• it is not allowed to message me daily for an update, spam or rush me for the commission.• it is not allowed to apply changes to your commission after the sketching phase over/lining phase has begun.

🤍 | OTHER

• all the commissioned art will be done digitally.• payment will proceed through either ko-fi or paypal invoice.• i'm allowed to turn down your commission, please don't be upset!• i won't start the commission until the payment is send, unless asked otherwise.• if we agreed to send payment after the art is done, you will not receive the finished art until you've send payment.• the commissioned piece will be done within 12 weeks/3 months. if there's a delay, i'll let you know through messages or any other media.
