Terms of Service

✧ Please write in a clear and nice manner.✧ I only accept payments through PayPal or Ko-fi.✧ Provide neat references or art.✧ Full down payment shall be given before I start your commission.✧ If I’m not able to finish your commission I will only refund you partially, depending on the work that has been already done.✧ If making major color changes to one of my designs, you must check that it is okay with me. If approved by me, you must keep the original color palette design within a toyhouse profile/other means of keeping the characters files together, and state that you have made changes to the design.✧ You must not remove my watermark from any of the artwork that I create/come with the character.✧ You must not sell the design for more than what you bought it, you may add on the price of art you have bought or made yourself, but if you didn’t then you must always keep the price it was sold for.✧ Do not steal or heavily reference any of my for sale/commissioned character designs.

By purchasing any product from me, Rad1okit, you agree automatically to these terms;
- You will not chargeback/refund the payment, once you have paid and received the product it is 100% non refundable.
- You will not sell the design for more than its selling price (unless other art is added).
- You will not state that you designed the character nor the art that came with its original design, and you will give full credit to me, Rad1okit.*If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
