My name is Cecilia! I'm a SFW 2D and 3D artist. In this section you can find answers to some commonly asked questions, and more about myself :D

Interests!

Q: What programs/tools do you use?
A: For 2D art, I swap between using an iPad 7th gen and Apple Pencil with Procreate and an XP Pen Innovator 16 with Painttool SAI 2!
For 3D art I use an HP Laptop and Blender.Q: Can I reference your art/OCs?
A: I don't mind people taking inspiration from my art, as long as they aren't directly tracing or full on copying my style! The best way to develop your own style is to piece together many things you like, rather than copying someone else outright.
I also ask that people try not to use my OCs as inspiration for their own designs, more specifically my fursonas. Each of them has a piece of me and is highly important to me because of that.Q: Can I draw fanart?
A: Of course!! I adore when people draw my OCs!! Just keep it SFW please :DQ: Do you offer art trades, commissions, or requests?
A: Yes, but not very often! I currently reside in an unstable living situation and often don't have the time or energy to complete any extra art! I'll announce on my socials when I open for each thing, or make such offers when I have energy, but you're always free to message me to double check.Q: I noticed your art jumps in terms of style and quality! How can I be sure the work I receive will be consistent with the rest of your art?
A: (This is a long answer bear with me) I'm not gonna lie this has been a factor in past hesitance regarding offering commissions, art trades, requests, etc.I have an iPad 7th gen, pencil, and Procreate! But I also have (and frequently use) an XPPen Innovator 16 display and Sai 2. I flip flop between the 2 mediums depending on my energy (as its easier to lay in bed and draw on my iPad than sit at a desk with my XPPen.)However I have noticed the difference in tools directly affect the quality of my work. Largely because my iPad does not support the large canvases and more detail-oriented work I'm used to with a PC and desk tablet.As of the most recent update to my carrd (Aug. 7th, 2023), I've decided I'll only be using my iPad when it comes to personal drawings or sketches I plan to port to my PC later on. Any and all owed work will only be done via my XPPen and Sai 2, as it generally leads to higher quality art (and I'm generally happier with the work I create on Sai 2 anyway).I'll be marking in the description margins of images uploaded on Toyhouse to identify works made on my iPad vs works made on my XPPen! Any art made on my iPad will also no longer be used as art examples for the sake of consistency :)Q: I have a question, comment, or concern! Where should I contact you?

Terms of Service

Here you can find terms of service for my art and designs! I don't have very many rules, so please try to follow the ones I do have!~ Art ~- I offer very limited commissions and art trades. I consider myself a very very slow artist! I burn out easily, lose inspiration/motivation, any number of things that can hinder or prolong my artistic process. Do not seek trades/requests/commissions from me if you aren't okay with waiting. Communicating deadlines for me is okay!- When I do take commissions/art trades, please note I can decline an offer for any reason! I try not to decline when possible, but I might if I feel I just can't do a character justice due to my style, complexity, or interest.- I retain partial rights to owed/commissioned art completed by me! I can and might use finished art as examples for my commissions page unless you tell me otherwise ahead of time.- I do not offer full refunds after the line art is completed, only partial refunds. No refund will be issued if I complete the art. If you're unsatisfied with the piece you receive, please ask for changes! I'm more than happy to make adjustments :)- As I mentioned, I am a slow artist :( I try my best to work as quickly as I can while ensuring a quality piece, please ask about setting a reasonable deadline if necessary!- I may take artistic liberties when drawing a character! This is due to a developing style, though I'll keep things as close to the original design as possible!- I require digital, unshaded reference sheets to work from. For best results, I work only off of digital reference sheets. Bonus points if your character has accessories, outfits, props, information sheet, etc. A digital fullbody is the minimum to be counted!- You’re free to ask for updates at any time and I’ll provide them!- Depending on your position on the waitlist, and my schedule/motivation, turnaround time can be anywhere from a few days to 3-4 weeks. Don’t hesitate to inquire about an estimated turnaround time!- When using my artwork, please properly credit me! I can't stop you from reuploading my work (commissioners/art trades only!), but I ask you provide credit! This also includes for icons/banners/reference sheets if you opt to use them outside of toyhouse.- Do not use my art in AI generators or to coin NFTs. You do not have my permission or consent to utilize my art in this fashion, whether it was a commissioned piece or not.

~ Designs ~

- Do not resell a design for money if you received them through an art or character trade UNLESS you have added art that increases their worth. I include personal art as adding to a character’s worth. Art received in trades can count towards worth, as long as the other artist is fine with it! Free art from raffles or gifts, do NOT count to increasing worth.- If you own a design from me that was created before August 2022, you can request a redesign from me free of charge. Do not treat the redesign as a separate character from the old design unless you want to delete the old design entirely. Along with this, please do not redesign the character totally yourself unless you intend to delete the original entirely.- Do not delete my designs from toyhouse or resell them to someone who does not have a toyhouse. If you or someone you're selling/trading with is in need of a toyhouse code, I have plenty I can share for free.

Blacklist

I don't like keeping a blacklist but apparently its become necessary. Report links are only so I can keep track of individuals who change their username. I do not condone filing reports on anyone where it isn't necessary.
