• do not repost/claim as your own without credit.• i accept payment upfront.• no refunds for customs orders that have already been started, apologies.• please do not give me a time limit.• you're allowed to alter my designs in whichever way you want, as long as it still resembles the original.• batches might take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to a month depending on real life circumstances. i always provide updates if anything causes a delay.

• providing as many details as possible, especially visual references, is encouraged.• for credit, either credit my toyhouse or deviantart.• please do not ask me to make designs based off of bugs, thank you.• for contact, please reach out to me either via DA chats or notes. if needed, i can provide my discord as well.• i do not accept points or cryptocurrency as payments.• i'll be using SunglowCraft's base (acceptable within their tos).• i accept hypokit requests as long as it doesn't go against the original designer's tos.
