1. You can sell the design for the same amount you paid or less. Or you may add onto the price if received additional art/commissions for the design.Example: If the design costs $90, then you can sell it for $90 or less. If you get more art by other artists or me, you can add an additional amount to the cost. If you paid an additional $50 to another artist, then you can add that amount to the $90 and now the design/character is worth $140.2. Please do not send me money ahead of time before verifying that you purchased the design and getting my approval on your post. (I will reply to your post saying you have won the adopt or you are the first one to offer to buy adopt) Any money sent to be before hand can be considered a donation.3. If you do not respond to me within 24 hours of me replying to your post, I will put the design on sale again.4. You can change anything about the design after you purchase it from me. This does not include sketching over the design or character I drew. This is referring to if you draw the character and you wanted to make changes like hair, eye color etc. You are not allowed to commission another artist to draw over my design ever. I may allow you to add some small changes on top of my drawing. Please ask me before doing so.5. After buying a design you'll receive a transparent file, reference sheet with simple background and color pallet. If the design has any other additional elements (head shot, food, eyes) you will get a separate transparent file of that too. If you need any other additional files, feel free to ask me about it.6. I can add or change some very small details, but you need to ask me about it first. I may refuse to add or change the design._{Example of a small detail: Anything small in size - (earrings, glasses, hair clips, little star on a cheek, etc.)}8. Do not copy or trace any of my designs.9. I don't make refunds for adopts.

⋅✧⋰❀∘⋯⋯⋯∘∙✿∙∘⋯⋯⋯∘❀⋱✧⋅Drawing ProcessThis is my current process of creating a drawing and some things to keep in mind in case there is any issue during my process.⋅✧⋰❀∘⋯⋯⋯∘∙✿∙∘⋯⋯⋯∘❀⋱✧⋅

1. Sketch - This step is where you can make any changes at all! I can even redraw the whole sketch and remake the design. Note - It's important to make changes at this stage of the process to avoid issues later.2. Line Art - This step is when I change only small details._{Example of a small detail: Anything small in size - (earrings, glasses, hairclips, locks of hair, eyebrow shape, etc.)}Note: If you request any changes that I consider a fundamental change I can refuse to make the changes/updates all together at this point._{Example of a fundamental change: Anything that takes up a lot of space - (pose, body type, hairstyle, clothes, facial expression etc.)}3. Flat colors - At this stage I will show you the color pallet that I plan on using for the drawing. I am willing to change anything about any color at this point. Making color changes is relatively easy so if there is any color you do not like, let me know and we can work on that piece together.4. Render - This is the final stage of the drawing process. I can refuse to make even minor changes at this point.I really don't mind if you ask for a lot of changes, but I would prefer to make big changes at the sketch step and less changes later in my process. Each step is important and by following these Drawing Process Steps helps me avoid redoing a lot of work and creating something you don’t want. I will not work on any drawing until I have received the payment. The normal deadline is generally 1 month, but it can take longer, it just depends on the request, and we will discuss it before payment is sent over to me.I can extend the deadline for an extra 1-2 weeks after receiving the payment. Sometimes I don't like the result and have to start all over, or I just simply can't finish it on time because of other situations. I will make sure to notify you if this does happen, this way we can avoid any hurt feelings about the process. I want to make sure to provide you the best art I can.

⋅✧⋰❀∘⋯⋯⋯∘∙✿∙∘⋯⋯⋯∘❀⋱✧⋅Customs

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: I will only accept the payment after I made a sketch and have decided that I can complete the custom design. It might take a few weeks for us to discuss everything about customs but once everything is decided and we move forward then I will accept the payment, if we decide not to do the custom then the process stops there. Please set aside money you agreed to pay until the sketch is done and we end the discussion.Deadline starts after the payment and generally is 1 month, but it can take longer, it just depends on the request, and we will discuss it before payment is sent over to me.Any sketches or concept art is not allowed to be used until custom is complete. Refunds are difficult to do on my end so I might refuse to refund you for any reason. This will be done case by case bases if I can refund you the amount. Please make sure you can afford the commission before you send me the money. If I can refund you the amount you will receive the refund within about 2 weeks.Tips are optional, so please do not feel pressured to add it to the payment or offer it.Make sure to credit the design that it was designed by me. I usually make adopt/customs, so do not upload any character that is not your own. Please be respectful of the owner of the character/adopt.
