COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICEI. CONDUCT
All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.
All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.
Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.
Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or cancelled.II. PAYMENT
Commissions must be paid in full before full image will be sent.
Payment will be negotiated and agreed upon BEFORE work on commission is started.III. PROCESS
A sketch will be sent to the buyer. After both client and seller agree on a sketch, lining and colouring will be done before sent to the client. The client has the right to ask for progress updates at any time.
Commissions are generally expected to take a week to a month from full payment to complete.
If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be informed.IV. REVISIONS
The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.
A maximum of 5 large revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge.
Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.
No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.
If the client wishes to cancel the order at any time, half of the full price will be refunded.
If the client ceases contact for over one week, the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.
Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted.VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
Under no circumstances may my signature be removed from any work.
The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.
Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.By commissioning me, you agree to all terms written here, and discussed in DMs.Terms of Service updated on: December 2nd, 2023

TLDR; Be polite, payment sent before finished art sent, I can cancel at any time and you'll be refunded, you can cancel at any time but I have the right to keep half of the commission cost, don't ghost and/or try to get the money back or you'll be blacklisted, DON'T REMOVE MY SIGNITURE!!
