Please dm me or comment if you have any questions about the rules mentioned here. This is a terms of service sheet that will be applicable to any trades/commissions/requests I do in the future. I want to list in a definite place what I am/am not comfortable making/doing, but please know that this may change. Regardless of if an aspect of it changes, please go through and at least read the rules. Thank you
⋆ Any usage of my art, whether on the platform it is recieved on or on another platform must be credited to me. I ask that my instagram (foliead3ux or c4nnibal.rabbit) or my toyhouse (foliead3ux) be credited via link.⋆ I may cancel a commission for any reason—with partial or full compensation depending on the point in time it was cancelled (more on this below)⋆ Pay half of your commission before I begin and half after the sketch is complete and to your liking. If the commission is cancelled after the sketch is completed, the second half will be refunded but the first half will not.
⋆ I do not currently have a structured deadline for art/work to be done in trades with me. Just keep me posted and updated on the status of your end. I have a terrible memory but I DO go back through dms every few months and if I find someone has left me without their end completed for a large amount of time I will blacklist them. Even with a reason, if your end takes too long I will probably ask we cancel the trade entirely and not deliver your piece.⋆ I will not draw an oc from faceclaims.
