Terms of Service (TOS)

Below is a simplified version of my TOS. You can read the full version by clicking the .PDF download located at the bottom of the page. Please make sure to read through the full Terms of Service provided before commissioning me.Artwork TOS ╮
⭑ You must be 18 years or older to commission artwork from me.
⭑ You acknowledge that I am a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there will be no physical goods or shipping of physical goods.
⭑ My work is for personal or private use only, I do not allow for my art to be used for profit or unauthorised commercial purposes UNLESS commercial usage is agreed upon at the time the order is made.
⭑ As the artist I still maintain all rights to my artwork, this includes publishing artwork to my socials and including it in portfolios.
⭑ Neither commissioner nor any other third-party is allowed to edit, trace, copy or remove the watermark from the finished product.
⭑ No NFTs / minting my artwork.
⭑ No feeding or training my artwork into AI.
⭑ The commissioner reserves the right to print or create a physical reproduction of the artwork so long as it is for personal use only and non-profit (I.E. not for sale, promotional material or advertisement).Commercial Usage (Artwork) ╮
⭑ Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner.
⭑ I charge a one-time fee of +50% of the total price for any non-merch usage including, but not limited to: streaming assets, video thumbnails and album covers.
⭑ For merchandise design I charge a one-time fee of +100% of the total price.
⭑ Please note that I do not provide any physical merchandise, I only provide the relevant digital file(s) and digital artwork(s).
⭑ Vtubers & streamers may request non-commercial artwork for personal use only (social media icons, banners & streaming schedules). If you would like to use the artwork for advertising or promotional material please inquire about commercial use artwork.Design TOS ╮

⭑ You acknowledge that I am a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there will be no physical goods or shipping of physical goods.
⭑ My work is for personal or private use only, I do not allow for my art to be used for profit or unauthorised commercial purposes UNLESS commercial usage is agreed upon at the time the purchase is made.

⭑ You can trade or resell the design for whatever its accrued worth is (personal artwork is included).
⭑ You can create or commission redesigns, alternate outfits, etc. but please keep the original file(s) on hand and ensure every artist is credited properly and clearly.
⭑ The buyer reserves the right to use the design in non-profit, personal use projects including but not limited to: written stories, illustrated comics, campaigns and animations.Commercial Usage (Design) ╮
⭑ Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the buyer.
⭑ I charge a one-time fee of +150% of the total price if you intend to use the design as a Vtuber or streaming avatar.
⭑ Please note that I do not provide any physical merchandise, I only provide the relevant digital file(s) and digital artwork(s).Process & Payment ╮
⭑ Commissions are not first come, first serve. I reserve the right to decline your commission.
⭑ Full payment will be sent beforehand via Paypal invoice.
⭑ Any edits can be requested & made during the initial concept and sketching phase. Once the draft is approved I will start working to completion. Any edits made after completion will be subject to additional fees.
⭑ Refunds are available if Retrodegraded has not started your commission. If progress has already been made, the difference in price can be discussed and refunded.
