Commission TOS> Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. You may pay to have rights of a design for commercial use. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork
> I have the full right to refuse services that make me uncomfortable.
> By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, and agreed to my TOS.
> Always give me proper credits.
> Don't put your watermark, all my arts and designs already have their own watermark.DESIGN TOS> You are allowed to MINIMALLY edit my art. You may redesign within reasonable limits.
> I reserve the right to my designs, if you are using them in a fashion that is hateful/offensive, or using for commercial use w/o having paid for it, you may have the design revoked, or blacklisted.
> Do not whitewash my designs. I am a black artist and I find it extremely disrespectful. You will be blacklisted from owning my designs again.
> If possible, please run any redesigns of my designs by me, especially if you are changing skin tone or racial features!
> You may resell my designs, but I do ask for you not to sell them for more than what was purchased unless additional art is added.General TOS> Payment will be made in full before I start in USD via Cashapp or Paypal. If not, you can negotiate time when paid. I will not take payment after drawing is done.
> You will need to sign a drafted contract to get sell or use my art commercially.
