- - -- i reserve the right to deny commissions for any reason.- by commissioning you agree to these terms of service, that you fully understand what you are ordering, that you know this is a completely digital product, and you acknowledge that I retain all rights to my art, meaning i may use it for self promotion or upload it to any of my galleries/portfolios.- if you do not want me to post the commissioned artwork publicly, please let me know at the time of ordering.- you may upload your finished product to your deviantart gallery, toyhou.se, or use it for any noncommercial purposes with credit. consult with me if you'd like to use your design or artwork for commercial purposes.- do not alter my signature on your commission.- i will not begin your commission until im paid in full unless a payment plan is discussed beforehand.- if for any reason i cannot finish your commission, you will be fully refunded.- nearly finished or completed pieces will not be refunded.- i will send you a work in progress sketch of the product before i begin the lining stage so i can implement any desired changes. i can send additional W.I.P.s upon request. by default i will work with you and send updates constantly if you have ordered anything to make sure you are satisfied with the commission. given this, i will not remake commissions.- unless otherwise stated or agreed upon, i only accept PayPal.- all sales are final.if you have any questions, feel free to ask! thank you!
