TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE TERMS BELOW.

✿ GENERAL TERMS:1) Although it's not required, I'll appreciate the following:
○ Useful reference (the more images, the better).
○ Some artistic liberty, like adapting the pose, point of view, perspective and/or composition.
2) I have the option to decline if i don't feel capable of doing that specific request (ONLY before the payment).
3) Please bear in mind that English is not my fist language, so i might take a bit long to type an immediate response and it could have grammar issues, if you're comfortable writing in spanish please let me know so that we can communicate better!✿ PAYMENT:1) The commission should be paid in full before I start to work. I'll only accept PayPal as payment method and I will not make refunds.
2) Prices may vary depending on the difficulty of the drawing, but it'll be notified to the client before the agreement is done.
3) Once the payment is done and the commission has begun there won't be any refunds, unless anything external occurs that makes it impossible to continue, in that case it'll be refunded an amount equivalent of the work left.✿ PROCESS:1) There will be at least 3 points of revision in where i'll show a work in progress of the current commission (Sketch, Color and Full render) and could be more in between if there's any doubts about the piece.
2) Please be patient, I'll do my best to deliver the final piece as soon as I'm able, the comission could take me days or weeks depending on how complex it is or on how many commissions are ahead.
3) If you need it done by a specific date please let me know, this could include additional charges.
4) If there's any external cause that might slow down the process (E.G: work, studies, health, family/personal issues, and others) all clients will be notified through dm's and a note will be left in the commission status list.
5) After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small colouring/marking mistakes.✿USAGE POLICY:

✓ Use the art for personal goods such as keychains, prints, etc.
✓ Repost it with proper credits
✓ Use as a pfp, banner, etc
✓ Give the art as a gift (respecting my rules)
YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO
✗ Change, modify or trace my artwork without my permission first.
✗ Selling as NFT
✗ Commercial use
✗ Making merch of my art unless we discussed it
✗ Problematic stuff
