Terms of Service
Payment Info
- I only accept payment through Paypal. Work will not begin until payment is received.
- I do not offer refunds after payment is sent (Can be circumstantial)
- Any cancelations or chargebacks issued after work has started will result in a blacklist
General Info
- Paid pieces will take anywhere from 3 hours to a couple weeks depending on current queue
- Special, Discounted, or Experimental commissions will only be available occasionally on my discord
- Oldest will be completed first
- Confirmation sketches will be provided for any major changes; anything after has to be minimal (marking edits, color adjustments, etc.)
- Please credit me accordingly.
Artist Permissions
I as the artist retain rights for the image in its entirety, I am allowed to post and share my work without restriction. I can refuse or refund a commission at any point in time.
Client Permissions
You may post my work to character storing sites (with proper credit to me as the artist), ask for updates, and add worth to character if it was a commission or art payment (trades included)
You may not Remove my watermark and claim it as your own, edit/draw over my work without my permission, or resell my work for commercial purposes, merchandise, NFT's and any other sort of crypto networks, AI generators etc.

NSFW; Humanoids; Mechs; Cars; Detailed Backgrounds, Nature HeartsUnderlined material may be subject to a raise in price
